OK, I got you written down, MAD. You’ll be added to the League for Week 16, which begins next Friday, Oct 16th. I’ll send you a PSN Friends Request and keep you updated.
As for the wired connections, no way to enforce that and I want as little “he said vs he said” conversations in the League. But for all the talk about lag, I’ve been running/fighting in this organized League since April and have not had one single bad connection. I have a basic 1.5 mps ISP with U-verse, and it works fine for me. I’ve had occasional 1-bar connections when randomly playing online, but even some of those fights were fine when we actually started playing.
Of course, if anyone is constantly having bad lag, it probobly their connection, not the other person’s. We all have to play by the rules of Laggy Online gaming.
I’ll send him a message.
Here is his profile on the SFCCL forums:

Send him an email if you like.
LOL, don’t feel too bad, GINGERSNAP. All of this stuff is still new to me, but easy.
Just record your match (best on a HDTV), upload the file to your computer, then upload it to YouTube (must have an account). THen just let me know, and I’ll embedded the video onto the SFCCL site.
The dropouts and additions do keep me busy, but the league basically runs itself. Just like everyone else, I do stress about getting my matches done. But beyond that, I simply check messages for results, problems, etc. The Rules are there for everyone to read, and everyone has to abide by them, including me. They don’t favor anyone, and offer a fair but strict code of conduct for everyone. If someone doesn’t like it, they can quit. Everyone is here voluntarily.
To be blunt, and I mean to offend no one by this, but I couldn’t care less if anyone quits the League. There will always be someone there to replace them. I can’t satisfy everyone with the design of the League, but most seem very happy with the structure & how I run it. I do greatly appreciate the kind words. It’s a lot of fun to watch the results come in and see how players/fighters move around the League. In the end, it’s all supposed to be fun. To me, it’s a lot more exciting that random, unknown matches online with the only thing counting are GPs or BPs.
That being said, if someone doesn’t like the “decision” I make to determine the results of an unplayed match, they have no one to blame but themselves. Play your matches, and determine your own fate. I have personally played 34 matches for the SFCCL - only 3 have been determined by a “decision” due to my opponents not playing their 2 matches those weeks. Not too bad.
But I want to thank everyone for joining the League and taking time to play their matches. It’s a commitment, but one I think the majority of members enjoy.
Sorry to see you leave, KAAL.
FYI - love that ‘multi-quote’ option. lol
