Yes sir. I didn’t even know there were fighting game tournaments until I logged into this forum in the middle of season 2 to ask for tips on Survival Mode.
Prior to that, the only video game tournament I saw was fictional, and was from a movie in the 80’s where some kid won a tournament in Super Mario 3.

Yeah it’s one of the small idiosyncrasies of certain fighting games that bugs me. In a lot of cases people are more vulnerable on the feet than they are on the ground.
Straight removing knockdowns would be weird but I hate that grounded opponents are often invincible it makes no sense. Let me fight dirty dammit.
