You might try PM’ing Brentobox. He is the mastermind behind the Northwest Majors. He must have also found out the proper channel under which to award cash prizes. And September does seem to be a deadzone for tournies…
Agreed. After watching them attempting to set everything up, then watching the final two try and get comfortable it just didn’t look good. As far as the store operations, I don’t think Jay cared. 
But in all seriousness you’re right, not a good idea to move it where it blocked a lot of functionality.

i think the owner said that they had tournaments for different games scheduled for the next 4 weeks. he said that after that they will most likely have another SF4 tourney because the turnout was so good.
Yeah he did, but we only run them on Sundays. :wgrin: So I’m pretty sure I can talk him into doing another one towards the late-mid/end of Sept like on a Saturday or something.

Yeah, I won’t be able to make any tournaments on Sundays unless after 4:30 (I work Sun-Thurs 7-4).
Do Saturdays normally work better? Cause I can see about making that happen.

So just a quick heads up guys, I sent off a PM asking for help running things but no response. I’ve talked to Jay about holding another and I’ll make a big push this weekend during our store meeting and inventory. If we could get someone to step up and help us run things it would help out a TON.
Really it just be this one time, I feel that after that we could easily run more with what we learn.

Also, people like Brent, Frank, and Jared are well known for their bracket structuring and tournament organization abilities so give them a pm. If any thing just use TIO to organize the tournament. It does everything for you and is the only thing good that came out of the brawl community lol
