BF, I know this is your tourney, your rules, but maybe for a future tourney you hold, would you possibly consider the users who don’t have MIRC? Hell, I don’t even have a computer lol. But I saw a thread for an HDR tourney that utilizes AIM/MSN/YIM as well.
I know you’re setting this in place for swift communication and smooth running, but wouldn’t a IM chatroom or lobby work too? Besides maybe have some peeps in MIRC and some in IM.
Anyway, I just thought I’d throw it out there. Like I said, I won’t be able to participate in this one anyway, but they’ll be other online tourneys I wouldn’t mind entering if I’m at home and it’s just unfortunate that some ass clowns had to leak into MagMan’s tourney and fuck it up for people. Idiots. But yea that’s all.

It’s as you said in your last few sentences why I think IRC is needed. We had a dispute over the winner of a fight and results got screwed up. Hopefully we dont have anyone like that in the future, but for now I think we gotta have it.
