Well, can’t find it on the wiki 
If anyone can help me at all with this, I’m trying to modify Gouki’s symbol after the sgs super and ultra to the cvs2 symbol, for the Shin Gouki mod. I already made the artwork, but when I repack it with new art, the game wont accept it. It shows up in windows texture viewer as dtx5, but it won’t work in game with that setting… any ideas?
oh and also i tried just unpacking the file and infusing and that file will work fine, so I KNOW it’s got something to do with the dtx part of the equation.

I’m going to work so I won’t be able to look at it till later tonight.
Is the filesize the same as the original file? I had problems when adding alpha properties to a texture that previously didn’t use alpha because of the file size increase, so I had to resize the texture down until the resulting filesize was the same as the original. If your new, modified file is too large (or maybe even too small) the game won’t accept it.

In addition to what Rehevkor said, you might need to save it with another dtx compression (e.g., dtx3)

Ganguros. They’re japanese girls who try to look like Cali girls, so they use 5 pounds of makeup and hairspray to try and emulate the look. They also top it off by wearing really bright and flashy clothes.

Don’t know how that’s gonna turn out, since he only has one claw and a circular mask =/ and I think it’s just asking for more trouble if you try to do anything with costume 2.

If you mean Kenshiro… He’s already done(by someone else). Honestly I gave up on it. His model is just garbage, and the alternate isn’t better in any way.
