It’s simple to make the glowy effect. You probably have these images on transparent layers already, just duplicate the layer, put the dupe below the original and fill it with white. Then go to Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur. VOILA!

Props to all the most recent mods, beautiful stuff.

This is nothing major, but I did it for my own benefit and figured I’d share: it’s an edit to Daewa’s awesome “Tyrant” mod for Bison using col-based transparency to remove the shoulder armor instead of requiring an entirely different cos file.

Anything beyond a simple color edit is always good. But expecting complements doesn’t really do an artist justice no? Even if the whole world hates it, so long as you do it’s good regardless.
