Change the pictures? It’s no that hard. Just open the correct file with offzip and extract the DDS files.

As an FYI, in the new version we are getting errors injecting meshes. Even though the vertices / tris have not changed. Also, I loaded your tool from two versions prior and was able to inject the meshes with this issue fine.

I don’t get it. I’ve found the one I want to change, I’ve changed it and saved with 1 alpha, but the outlines of the old character still show up in the hud. Also, I don’t see which one is the character select screen…
did you edit cselect.tex.emz? also you have to edit the one for which language you are running of course
So I started using your program to skin and it works really well.
I have a little suggestion though.
Maybe you could add a button or a hotkey that refreshes the loaded files so skinners dont have to manually remove and add the .col.emz file everytime they changed something.

By the way, I also get that error when injecting meshes.
