It is not named cigar scars anymore. It is labelled as Hokuto no ken now.
Uh, good question! in the beginning i thought of doin an wounded/bandaged fei but after some hours of work ill choosed the way of “Ghostly/Spirit” like. Il liked the games Project Zero(All Titles) 3: The Tormented for the oldschool PS2, there was a mystic ghost lady and her back was full of tattoos. il allways liked this style and though of doin something similiar. Okay, Fei is not a Lady but il hope i did a good job on this alteration. At least im very happy with it!

The pale white with the black stripe across the eyes reminds me of Darryl Hannah in Blade Runner. She wears makeup like that when she attacks Harrison Ford’s character.
I assume both are references to some other mythos/tradition

Besides re-coloring the outfit, I also removed the emblem from his gloves to make it look a little more like ST.
This will probably be the last of the missing Super Turbo colors. I can’t think of any other glaring omissions.
