Sorry, I should have said “whiff limbs.”
Holy hell @ that El Fuerte player. I love how the comments just flood the screen after some crazy move.
that El Fuerte player is sick. Ultra on reaction everytime? if so, too good
it would seem that Cole was right about Boxer. Sheesh, did u see the amount of boxer players at this tourney? and they were all beastly. Zangief doesnt seem like he can do much against Dic, Boxer, Blanka, kinda figured. He is a force to be reckoned with, but much like Rufus, I dont think hes going to win many tourneys.
I saw a vid where Abel was locked down (though not that efficiciently) by Boxer’s far jabs (prevents ex throw im assuming).
Also that Honda player was great at using jump straight up fierce, and that super does ridiculous damage.
guile got some mean corner game.

Gene Splice first appearance in SF, LOL!
I knew it was only a matter of time before someone got that infinite down with Fuerte.
BTW can someone clarify what ‘technically’ makes this either an infinite or not an infinite… I’m under the impression that Fuerte can combo close fierce over and over by cancelling command dash out of it, cancelling the dash then linking in another fierce until they dizzy, then doing it again. So you can repeat it indefinitely. So my question is why do some people insist it’s “a loop not an infinite??” I find that proper confusing, am I missing something?
Maybe because, with the scaling, you’d have to be able to keep doing it for a long, long time to get a KO?
Whatever, I don’t like it either way. I mean, I’m fine with the first dizzy and all, since that’d be as fair as any other dizzy combo, what I hate is how in theory Fuerte can lock down P2 forever with it.
^ as long as the combo counter keeps going up, it doesn’t matter whether it takes a billion reps to KO- it’s infinite.
Infinite? Or is it a loop?. Can u confirm this please?
I hope N Pray it’s an freak’n infinite.:woot:
I can’t wait to learn that cheesy shit. 1 hit kill?
Let me know so I can jump on that wagon.:wgrin:
I been waiting for something broken in SF4…:lovin: I just hope Fuerte’s infinite doesn’t get banned in tournament play.
It’s just <close standing fierce, command run (qcf+any punch), jab (cancels the run)>X N.
After a certain number of repeats, they’ll be dizzy, and you repeat the brackets again. The combo counter keeps going up. So, if your opponent had infinite health, the counter would go up infinitely (or to 99 hits, whatever the max is).
Now if that’s not the definition of ‘infinite combo’ what is? However, I’ve read a number of times here and NeoEmpire that it’s (quote) “not an infinite, it’s a loop!”.
wtf, please explain someone.
Its like Belgians not picking Rose, Cammy, Fei Long, or Gen.
man, is this el fuerte shit really fair?
1 hit leads to free chunks of life and like 80% stun. KD, mixup game, dizzy, infinite and receive some amount of dizzy again.
By then that’s already 70-80% life and who can’t win the game @ that point?
**
is it street fighter when a brain dead monkey can do 80% life???**
Hey before everyone jumps on your back mate, this infinite has been known for a few months now, and we’re still to see anyone do it consistently (this latest batch of vids is the first to really highlight a player getting it in at all).
It’s apparently very difficult to do, so no brain dead monkeys etc. Some will argue that it’s better to have a low tier character able to compete than falt out lose, but the solution will be, and should be the removal of this combo in the next revision, and buffs to El Fuerte in other areas to help him stay in the game.
Its not an infinite, afaik, the opponent/el fuerte (?) is pushed back each time so you can only do it so many times.
