All she really needs is for Strike to count as an overhead.
Then Cammy would>downback.
Such a change would be pretty boring as she’d play almost exactly the same, along with possibly being too good. A (faster than normal) overhead strike from hooligan is good enough on that front. Slightly safer spiral arrow would also be pretty cool.
Really I’d like to see some messing with her normals. She does have some good ones, but as good as neutral jumps are in SFIV she only has one passable air to air (j.strong) and nothing air to ground.
No she wouldn’t… because it would force the entire dynamic to shift drastically.

The threat of instant EX strike -> ultra would instantly become the most feared option in the game, for that matter. Overhead strike would just be too good.

A decent crossup would be nice too. They should either make the hitbox for j.lk bigger or just make her j.mk her crossup.
why the hell NOT… i mean look at the current cast… some characters have ridiculously EASY ways to connect into ultra… without burning meter:
- RYU: lp SRK, Ultra!!! (seriously it doesnt get any easier than that)
- Balrog (a.k.a Turtle): any c.lp can be comboed into Headbutt then Ultra/Super
- Chun Li: b.mk, mk, d/u.mk then Ultra (absolutely no meter there) or any Ex.legs then ultra… or double j.HP into Ultra
- Rufus: Galactic Tornado, then Ultra… or he does some double kicks (one of them HK) then Ultra MID SCREEN!
- Abel: c.HP then Ultra
i know we have c.HP into ultra but it only works on counter hit (and c.HP on its own and outside of a combo is unreliable since its slow)… so you only get this situation by sheer luck
j.HK into ultra is another easy way… but seriously who gets a free j.HK these days 
Overhead Cannon Strike would be retarded. I don’t know how many times everybody has to say that. Also Boxer needs down charge to land ultra from c.LP, unless you’re standing and he has the balls to try and link it from s.LP. Also she doesn’t need a crossup, she’s got good enough mixups as is imho.
Anyway, Cammy just needs a few things imho:
- Slightly better range on at least c.MK and s.MK.

I think Cammy should get a new Focus Attack and have her current focus attack move be a forward round house or something and have that as an overhead.
Really? Her current one feels pretty damn good to me, given its range and the fact that it goes over lows, which is especially good since the only normal she has that works well against c.MK is her own c.MK.
I know. I just think her focus attack move would be a great overhead. She could have another similar focus attack… or just a similar overhead

@Faux & Stein - You guys should come out to Shgl’s place for Wednesday Night Fights sometime. Great competition, and a few fellow Cammy players! I’m on overtime at work, currently, which is killing my attendance. :{
We’ll have to chill at Warzone, for sure, and share our complaints about Quick Spin Knuckle over some beers. Sanford is going to be there as well, apparently, so we can sweep the top 8 with Cammy. (haha)
