Played Sat-nite, 11-ish.
I was black dress shirt guy, using Ryu, beat Zangief in 3, then lost to Sagat in 2, grr. Good games. 
The game plays great, just like street fighter.
Although the wait was a bit long, it was very worth it. Got a chance to watch some good games; i need to practice if i ever wanna make a good impression, some of those combos from ken and sagat were awesome.
I’d like to come back more if i got some free time to put in some matches, try other chars.

Yea “Akuma” the guy with the list had a beasty Zangief straight ST mode with the SPD’s a.k.a Balls-on-Chin in SF4. He kept catching everyone with standing short->fierce SPD ALL DAY. Then that guy “Long Island Joe” (who said he hates that name but I dunno what else to call him ** sorry Joe ** ) murdered him with only standing RH. Zangief couldnt walk up, jump in, poke, … NOTHING!!! I thought maybe a Lariat would have done the trick but I didn’t tell him cuz I didn’t wanna butt in. L.I. Joe was BEASTING everyone though I didn’t see him lose once. I heard him say he was playing in Japan for like a week so he already had a pretty good feel for the game. His Sagat was disgusting, He did this combo on me something like jump-in RH, c.MK, low tiger shot cancel>> dash HP,tiger knee, ULTRA! Yes you can combo in Ultra!! I heard it becomes weaker but I didnt notice.
I was the dominican kid wearing a white tee with blue/green wing prints on the front picking mostly Bison(dictator). I only won once or twice but it felt hella good washing up that annoying Guile that had a little streak going with his OLD SCHOOL ST mode style Guile. Like a million sonic booms then ex Flash stick. I said to myself I am *** NOT *** going to lose to that bs lol. EX Stomped the shit outta him with Dictator and got a few laughs by teleporting thru his sonic booms and baiting his Ultra in the end lol.
Anyway to the CF crew I’ll be there again today at 12:30 getting in a lil more bison and finally try out Sagat cuz he seems like the most top-tier so far.

After most of you left I picked up abel and streaked on first attempt I officially dismiss C.viper who you guys have never seen me use anyway because i wouldnt be caught dead using her in actual play. I will return next friday and saturday to keep shit moving although ill be late friday my brother Derrick should be running things then. Also with school coming up those who want to get in practice should start coming during the week as our drop off is unfortunately massive during the school year.

Akuma you rock man good job keeping that line in check lol. I wasn’t there for the Abel beasting though Today I was beasting again with Bison. Had 3 six win streaks then I had to go to work. It’s nice to see that SF4 is getting some steady competition and I hope it just keeps picking up.

Quick query: What’s the fastest way to get to CTF from Penn Station? I know I take the subway and walk, but last time, I just fudged it and, after reaching Canal Str, had to walk 25 minutes to get there. Where do I go such that subway will take me the closest to Mott’s Street? Thanks.
ummm, that IS how you get to cf. you take the N line to canal then its like a 10 minute walk unless its a saturday then its like a 30 minute walk cuz fuck tourists. just head east (the mcdonalds is on the south side of canal and the burger king is at the north).
Yeah, the N drops you off in the middle of Chinatown, you pretty much have to walk a bit to get there.
