They do have those colors and you get them from beating the game.
Regarding the new palette pack: Some of these look like a 10 year old did them. They are really that bad. Did they forget we are paying money for this pack? There are maybe only 5 colors that look worth the price.

Seriously, get some of the community palette editors to do a pack.

Just an fyi on the colour pack problem that 360 users encountered.
The Colour Pack 1 is now back up on XBL (Ireland). I just did a re-download and its working fine now.
So now I have Colour Pack 1 + Match Pack 1(or this early version of the final match pack 1 at least).

They’re optional colors that we have to deal with, thanks to Capcom not knowing how to to do what they say they’re going to do (only people who purchase should be able to see them).
