The only bottleneck after that would be because your using the same computer to encode the media as well as stream it, if you setup a 2nd server to relay the stream (assuming this is off of a good internet connection) you will get better performance. A test with 2001 technology was able to get 8000 clients on a 2 server setup (1 for encoding, 1 for serving the stream). Of course thats on ideal conditions on a lan, and i think the streaming server was pretty nice for the time, but anyway i hope this helps.

August 19, the 1st Chinese sf2ce Troun. held in Shanghai(near āXuJiaHuiā).
Thereāll be at least hundred of Chinese sf2ce gamers for seeing and for joining the tourn.(A few gamers already arrived at Shanghai.)
3 Korean gamers participate for guests, and weāre supporting some hardwares and some about the tourn progressing.
I really want to live broadcast this event but itāll not work.Because thereāre lot of things to prepare for broadcasting. But Iāll record all of the tourn and preparing ~ after processing.
*Korean media server is not working these days because of some problems in this hardware. Weāre going to buy a new computer and I have to set it.(In this time, we might set 2 servers.Thanks for FMJ.)This will take some time. Iāll post it when these works done.

The guy mentions something about how Bison can dizzy his opponent even if they block. Anyone can confirm this?

The only i can even see this working is onvolving a scissor kick, some blocked hits, then a throw. But i very much that doubt that would dizzy.
