That punch is amazing…I still think its way underrated.
s.cl.hp is dangerous, the timing isn’t strict at all and you got plenty of time to do something while your opponents is in the air after s.cl.hp hits
s.cl.FP should be a command normal. I want to use it’s godlyness, but I keep getting Stretch Armstrong.

I remember you, you are one of better Seth’s online I checked out some of your replays. Seth’s like you Saikyo, BEHR, Game Neo and Regular Cameron are the ones I like seeing or playing. It seems like most have moved on to other characters though. As far as that combo idk the situation came up.
Man, Seth’s my nigg, but recently I thought about switching but I just love Seth. And thanks for the compliment, you’re Seth is nice, I think you got a perfect on me.
If you don’t mind the crticism:

In round 1, you got him dizzy with you in the corner. You should have jumped across him and put him in the corner.

In round 2, you had him dizzy in position to have him in the corner but you jumped across. I understand you wanted the Super but you could have done almost as much damage with a corner combo anyways without using up so much meter. Especially against Blanka, you want to keep a Super in hand as it can punish a horizontal ball.

In round 3, after the Ultra you threw and lp fireball, FADC’ed and teleported. Rather than do that, learn the timing of post-Ultra1 lp fireball and teleport behind. It doesn’t use up meter and I find people get hit by it alot more often.
In general, you seem to have one really bad habit. You jump back (with j.hp) unnecessarily. I have that bad habit as well (and way worse I might add). It’s fine against certain characters but Blanka will make you eat some vertical balls. You should consider backdashing or teleporting instead.
My major criticism is that you don’t seem to know that when blanka does his ultra or super at full screen, you don’t have to sit and block or jump away, just throw an LP boom…unless they changed that in super (only met 1 blanka since i started playing super), the boom will just hit him right out of his ultra/super and if you have super of your own in some cases it’s a guaranteed super for youif i recall correctly.
Again they might have changed this in super, but in vanilla i would jump back HP a lot too, and if a blanka started using up ball every time i started doing jump back LP instead, which beat every up ball clean =)
