Casuals:
All games will be playable before and after the tourney.

We will do our best to have Skullgirls, Blazblue, KOFXIII and SCV set up for casuals before, during and after the tourney.

Cost:

One time venue fee per person $5
Entry fee $10 for Madden 13
Entry fee $5ea for AE, MK, P4U, Melee, Brawl and UMvC3.
All tournaments are split 70/20/10

Until I have enough setups, I will need help with them. If you can, please bring monitors, consoles, and games to help speed up the tournaments.

If you show up with a full setup (monitor, console, and game) I will waive the $5 venue fee. This is good for the first 5 people who bring setups.

All right cool stuff. The MAME idea is interesting and would be down with some of them. Being as I am, I would want 3rd Strike on the main list but due to the lack of general support, it might be best as a MAME game in the future.

I’m a fan of 3s too. If the demand is high, then I will put it on. Some other games that will be played for the MAME tourney will be karate champ, windjammers, wrestle mania, JoJos, Blitz… Just to name a few;)

Updated some info. I changed the date do that I don’t interfere with NCI.

Looking for ideas for the random game tourney. I feel that it is safer to go the console route at this moment. Right now I’m thinking about 3s and MK9. Please let me know if you want to play these or if you have any suggestions.

Also, I’m looking for some people to help with commentary. If you are interested in hanging out with the stream monsters and shoot the shit, let me know.

I say keep the date. KS2 is in the Bay Area and Bay Area usually does not travel to Sacramento area tournaments. More important to establish a local following IMO.

Agreed. I have already changed it twice, not doing it anymore. We have to come out swinging!

Does the monitor lag? Laggy monitors cause issues for tournament.
