just helping around. questions, let me know.

why make a video on how to beat yang? has anyone complained about that match up? EVER?
you clearly have no understanding for the purpose of the videos. don’t even reply back.
maybe not, but what im sure of, is your posting this here because your looking for praise, which is just sad.
the yang part of that video is pointless. mainly because no one does rekkas that close and you don’t even list what form of rekkas hes doing… only a scrub yang would be doing hp rekkas without hit confirming it. theres like two or 3 useful things in that video.
maybe you should do a little research on the character your trying to beat before posting a video on how to beat him, don’t even reply back.

The video isn’t called “how to beat yang” it’s called character specific punishes.
the rekkas are all in order, see here’s the thing:
- dropping hitconfirms (could be being overly aggreisive on offense of inputs errors, anything)
- few yangs use 2nd and 3rd to open up cr.tech in a blockstring and are willing to sacrifice, few though, and if not canceled or making the right decision they will be giving up 1/3rd of their health. This is part of yangs aggresive side of pressure and willing to put in damage even when they are meterless. For rekkas it’s only an observation of “what happens if yang does this, am I able to punish?”
- this is to better understand the matchup better so you can punish ANY mistakes a yang player might’ve made.
idk why you think this is a video of “how to beat yang,” it’s more like", “what do I do if my opponent makes the ‘wrong’ mistakes?”
also, the videos show the “best” possible punishes vs those mistakes an opponent might’ve made. not ALL the videos show practical stuff, like for instances the yang rekkas, same for fei, but like I said, when overly aggressive anything can happen, and you need to capitalize on anything considering how hard dudley has to work for a win. lol all of these punishes aren’t even practical in terms of what your opponent can do, damn, and I thought the Dudley community was ungrateful, even when giving help… I guess that’s why Idon’t help people anymore or hep the community because someone will always find a way to shit on you.
Thanks for the info, Mellow. Anything helps.
Also, been seeing a lot more cl.mk at instances of frame advantage lately than I was before. I know ROM’s been a proponent of that for a while, but it’s really nice to see stuff like the free U1 at the end of YabukiStyle’s match. -2 on block with a huge potential upside? Yes plz.
np. Just helping around since nobody in dud community appreciates it. Anyway, time for some Kingdom of Amarul: Reckoning! SwiftRage!
wasn’t shitting on you to begin with until you got pissy, now im shitty all over you lolololol
nice to see people like you still exist in the FGC.
Here are some vids of me trying to get better. I’ve been having an off week and just been trying to work on my footsies and anti-airing. But I’m a huge scrub though.

at the end of the first replay i would of ended it with an ex srk
that chip damage is godly.
Would have.
@Lilshell
I enjoyed your matches. You’re patient, your shit seems to be on point overall, so I don’t really know what you’re worried about.
Though you did play against some people who hate blocking. You need to find a decent, say, Deejay player, and post a few matches with him.
Those are the matches where you learn how to get in.
Also “I’m a huge scrub” sounds bad when you actually play properly. Makes it so that you’re trying to look humble. Don’t bullshit us. Scrubs don’t even know how to use a close normal to anti-air.
lol piss off geek, and who cares if he calls himself a huge scrub, not everyone has the same def of the term.
I say I’m a scrub because I still have problems against cheap tactics and mix ups. Examples are: Honda’s headbutt and buttslam, Blanka mix ups, Bison on wake up, random dps, adon jaguar kick pressure, etc. Lol, I still have a lot to learn. And you’re right. I need to learn how to get in better because guile and dhalsim gives me a problem.
You have trouble against each characters’ shenanigans.
If those tactics didn’t work regularly, people wouldn’t do them. Maybe apart from Bison’s wakeup, which is pretty easy to deal with as long as you use a decent OS.
You’re still good. After running some sets against each of the characters you have trouble against (assuming the opponent is on par in skill), you’ll get used to their shit.
You’re not a scrub. You’re a good player, and on your way to becoming much better. You just have to get some matchup experience. But your overall feeling of the game looked very decent.
The guy above you is. Joined wednesday, and already acts like the stereotypical internet brat.
It’s important to distinguish.
Yeah, scrubs don’t cl.mk > divekick > U1 in my experience. Good shit.

^ Thanks for the upload. There’s been a lack of Yang uploads lately.
