Went ahead and ordered my stuff today. It’s all being being delivered by Amazon and should arrive on the 5th. The three packages are for your kids so feel free to open them. One of the packages might be big so I don’t know if what’s inside will be pictured on the shipping box or not. Might need to stealth that one into the house. I don’t have children so I have no idea if they will like the presents or if the stuff is safe for kids that young. I apologize in advanced if the gifts are bad.

Ordered the last of my gifts today. Ran into some luck and found a stash of 100 or so flat rate shipping boxes in my basement. They’ve been there over a year and don’t seem to be getting used, so whoever owns them probably won’t notice one going missing

Ended up asking amazon to send another of the first gift I ordered. I don’t know if it’ll have the gift wrap and message I wrote from the initial order. So. 
Either way. The customer service associate that helped me said that the new package is supposed to arrive on Wednesday. If/When the original package is delivered I was told my secret Santa can do whatever they please with it.
Fingers crossed.

Gifts will be arriving via Amazon on Thursday for one of you. Thought about shipping to myself and wrapping them nicely, but with the kids that’s just a pipe dream.

Got one(?) of my secret Santa gifts today.
Very fun and obscure turn based JRPG centered around musical genres. It’s actually the first of a series of games that take place in the “Marl Kingdom” Universe. Disgaea: Hour of Darkness and La Pucelle: Tactics are two other games from the universe that were released stateside.
Also, It was actually originally for the PSOne as an SRPG. When they ported it years later to the DS they turned it into a turn based JRPG. Because reasons.
I had it years ago but had to sell it due to unforeseen circumstances. I’m happy to have it back in my possession. 
Edit: admittedly I knew I was asking a lot when I listed some of the stuff I was asking for in terms of condition. Mainly the older titles to be complete with case and instruction manual if they decided to go that route. Getting such can be especially hard on more older and more obscure titles like rhapsody.
But they delivered and I’m super appreciative of them doing so:

I had no idea that game got ported to DS. I have the original PSX release. It’s a cute little, if extremely easy, tacticle RPG. As easy as it is tho I can’t hate on a game that let’s me drop a fat stack of pancakes on my enemies.
Edit: Its turn based on the DS? Huh…i feel like that makes a lot more sense for that game.

It is. It’s super easy but it’s such a good “gate way” rpg due to its lack of real difficulty. It gives you a feel for what the genre has to offer without throwing you into the deep end.
It’s also sickeningly cute and full of charm

Amazon just texted me saying the first gift I had to reorder was just dropped off.
The second gift is scheduled to be delivered sometime today as well.

So considering amazon says the second gift will be delivered by 11pm today and it’s 10pm in my secret Santa’s timezone I don’t think it’s going to be delivered today.
Hope for tomorrow and hoping I don’t have to bug amazon about reordering this gift as well
