No, they captured them in the 70’s and the current heroes are all skrulls.
When the old heroes get back they will be in their old 70’s garb.

You know i’m starting to think some of the spoilers from Marvel Boy might be bullshit.
I snooped around to some of the other comic forums like Newsarama and Comic Book resource and it seems that the spoilers might not be true.
There is only one way to find out is that all of us need to get the book and see.
