Also to answer a question: I asked Daigo what his favorite fighter was and he said SF2, so I think he def wanted to enter SF:HD even though they don’t play it in Japan. Using Ryu, at least he didn’t have to worry about his character playing different (although he def was using FBs aplenty in addition)
I’m going to assume you said all this within the context of SF and SF only. SF is more of a tangible game for the common person, then say playing basketball at a pro level so what you said makes sense. It makes little sense to portray any of these good SF players as gods.
However, if you’re going to go on a personal crusade and claim that millions of americans have no right to think that Eli Manning sucks and is over-rated because they aren’t the QB he is, or that wanting to get player X’s autograph is stupid and nut hugging, that’s down right silly.

No I"m with ya. If I didn’t have a kid and have to work 60-70 hours a week (yes I’m old), I’d totally be down trying to hold it down like it was in college.
I know where a lot of older msg board heads are coming also. I’d be annoyed to no end if my home which used to be a handful of people, got invaded by thousands of people - a bunch of whom are the ones who do nothing but complain and whine.
