Make him have an AIR GRAB (like GUY, GUILE, and Chun-Li).
Interchange his Ultra 1 with his Super Art, so as to have better fadc into Ultra combo possibility and usability. I’ve always felt that his Ultra 1 is underutilised because Ken does not really have too many options to utilise it from. Same goes for his SUPER ART. I’ve always fet that it was underutilised. Interchanging the two would make KEN Top Tier which is about freaking time Capcom!
Walkspeed obviously the most requested! As i said Ken is supposed to be FASTER than Ryu cannon wise.
-Better shoryukens he is the master of Shoryukens after all, I don’t see why other characters have a better Shoryken than his or at least make the HP DP more invisible it trades too often
His normal crazy kicks should be back as specials like SSF2T.

i think ryu should get more reward form his anti-air, the reason is now many char can change his or her timing in air attack. such as cammy, sakura…it made ryu can not anti-air with hp shoryuken, but the mp shoryuken always hit opponent with 50 dam, even hit each other.when u faceed sakura , you had to use cr. hp to do this, all above made ryu fells hard to do with these attack.
Ryu is the main character of the game and master hadouken then think deserves improvements such as:
Solar Plexus 120 damage
dash range increase 10%
Hadouken recover 40 from all version
Hadouken ex 120 damage

Sadly, I’m so scrubby I actually want this one. Everything else is stupid though (Esp Violent Ken, he looks cool and all sure but there is enough of that shit with Akuma/Oni/Evil Ryu already in the game)

Ok, lower health? No. c.LK nerf? ehhhh that is a bad choice but I don’t think it’s outright ‘scrubby’ just… a dumb choice. Blocked / whiffed flash kicks being hard to punish in some matchups? LOLWUT?
Ok, if anything, Guile’s flash kicks are the most balanced in the game in terms of being punishable. Possibly even under powered. They have the 2nd longest amount of grounded recovery frames in the game for an invincible anti air (Gouken is 26F grounded. Guile is 23. Akuma is 18, Cammy is only 12F and Sakura is 11F! Ken’s LP DP is 9F) plus it is even more unsafe on block than even Sagat’s Tiger Upper. I bet this guy has a hard time punishing Viper’s whiffed ultra 1.
Because this game has parries. Also sunglasses taunt causing a flinch would make putting them on after a stun for extra snazziness be a bad thing.

Storyline: getting revenge. Found his woman. Some changes for the big guy, loses some health, and stun. Gains fadc ability.
New throw: like his old he remix throw …three elbows and a kick away.
360 kicks far away and close…bull charge into wall ram x2… Tombstone pile driver. Leaves enemy standing on there head for a sec…while he jumps back. Ex is faster speed. Longer range.
Jumping chop fist. From sfa3. Goes threw fireballs on ex. Jumps across screen and chops. Very long recovery on miss. Fast way to get in on enemy. Ex is faster.
Can Fadc his upper, or flying chop. Loses some health and stun. Speed has increased. Can ex sparrow in the air only in a combo in air. More options on how to get in, or out. Making more options for combos…sparrow, upper,sparrow, dive.
Uppercut: same animation, new abilities. Can fadc his upper now, damage scale comes in. Ex: same.
Sparrow: has same range, faster recovery. Ex same.
Typhoon slam: same…ex same.
Downward sparrow dive, same, ex same.
Blue super 1: same as before. Grab triple typhoon slam.
Red super2: downward sparrow multi hits into shoulder grab flip over front slam.
Ultra: same. Huge range…instant.
Ultra: changed to a double roll forward fireball motion. Can hit off the ground with knee. and can hit from a fadc now…damage scale is huge.
Ultra: unbeatable wall: powers him up for 12 secs of armor. He can’t be knocked down, he takes little damage, and can walk forward and grab, slam, pound on enemy.
Random ko: gets knocked out, hits ground and bottle of Boose, falls out on ground, he rolls over all groggy grabbing for his bottle…rolling just out of his reach…he says fire water…need fire water. His eagle swoops in and grabs bottle and flys off. T screams noooooooo…then passes out.
Reverse ko: T. Does a rain dance around enemy in a circle, making the ( hey how are you) noise with his mouth and swinging around his axes. Enemy sits with stars flying around head… Watches T. Dance till they pass out again.
Team ko: T.Hawk and El Fuerte.
Halk grabs enemy by feet and slam enemy back and forth three times, last slam bounces enemy off ground, el.f jumping guacamole slams enemy into the ground. Mounts them and pours hot sauce in the face, enemy screams. El.f picks up enemy and throws them at T., he catches them with one hand and typhoon slams them into the ground, picks the, up and racks them over his shoulder. As elf runs fast as lighting up the side of the walls and frying pan smashes enemy on T’s shoulders x3. Hawk slams enemy on the ground. Both him and El.f jump in the air. Camera changes to them flying in air and El.f sitting on Hawks shoulders, frying pan held high. They both come crunching down on enemy body, X-ray shows ribs cracking…T holds his hand up like ultra one, El.f holds frying pan up…they both jump off and pose…ko.
Final ko 1: hawk has bird fly in a brown bag. Drops it off to Hawk…he opens bag and pours it onto downed enemy. Rattle snakes , pour out and start biting enemy all over as Hawk rain dances screaming hey how are you!..enemy passes out…ko
Final ko 2: scalping the enemy? Hawk grabs enemy puts them between his legs, turns his back to the screen, whips out a huge axe and starts grinding away, enemy screaming, blood spirts come flying out from behind his turned back. Enemy body flopping all over struggling. More grinding…screams then enemy body goes limp. Hawk still with back turned to screen holds, up a chunk of enemy, hair, skin…ko you never see the cutting. It is only implied…that the scalp took place…
Final ko 3: grabbing body breaker, Hawk grabs enemy by the foot and slams them back and forth, front to back, x8 slow mo X-ray showing bones cracking, enemy screaming, lasso swings enemy over head for 1080 rotations, throws them in the air, jumps and grabs them by head typhoon slams them, they bounce off ground he grabs enemy foot and jumps in air again for a another huge typhoon. Enemy body bounces once again in air, T. Grabs enemy by foot as they hang upside down, bleeding on the ground. He punches them like a punching bag, till they go limp. Drops them in a thump off limp body meat, puts one foot on them and screams…howling.[/details]

Greedy has quickly become my favorite part of these threads. Now that he’s more or less confirmed for a silly little troll I enjoy his posts a lot more.
I wouldn’t say “too strong” but Dhalsim has a legit rushdown game. It’s not good but it’s certainly usable in certain match ups (Cody for instance has surprising trouble with Rushdown sim). But no buffs for chun? Lol she is solid sure but she also def needs help. Just because a character has a lot of little weaknesses that add up rather than one super glaring weakness doesn’t mean that they don’t need buffs.

You people are terrible. Do you even realize the OS potential a command grab gives versus characters like Zangief or Abel that we’d get from shit like that? They’d literally be forced to block on every hard knockdown as we mindlessly wreck their shit.
The Abel matchup is already crazy good for Dan. Let’s just go and make it a 7-3 while we’re at it. Just for kicks.
Yeah, the way you ask can often take a reasonable request and make it scrubby. For instance. Say I honestly felt from a balance perspective that Zangief’s SPD needed a damage buff (I don’t but this is hypothetical.) saying “I feel that Zangief could use an increase in his SPD damage for this gameplay related reason and to improve his options within these examples of gameplay situations. This is the current data on his SPD as compared to multiple characters and situations.” ok that isn’t scrubby it is well thought out, regardless if you AGREE with it the person put in time to research the data and voice it in a clear tone. If you say “Lol zangeef is like 300lbs and jumps 20feet in the air! He is the strongest character in steet fighter is stpuid he does less damage than a little skool girl! Buff his SDP damage plzzzz!” both are asking for the exact same thing but one is asking for a super scrubby reason and the other is taking time to consider their reasoning and putting in more than 30seconds of time into their opinion.
Anyone who tries to use canon / real world / character personality / character sex / character size (not like their hurtbox size just like ‘Sagat is 9ft tall!’) for balance reasoning is kind of scrubby. hell, I freely admit that my personal wish for Cody to have either his final fight chain combo or his knee drop returned comes from a rather scrubby fan boy love of Final Fight and being sad Cody has lost so much of his iconic history from FF and Alpha 3. However I at least take the time to explain how those moves would also help him as a character in terms of balance / options. (It’s still a little bit scrubby though but w/e lol)
