I understand you are a Hakan man. The reason I asked for laser beams and Hakan to fly is because Peter started his week off with the video that asked for people to tone it down a little. So I just used his own words back at him.

The blue hair, was from the release week of the game. Everyone and their brother asked the same question. Why blue, why bumps, why does he have so many daughters…etc.

Hakan should be a hard balance. Dry he needs a little help, Oiled he is a beast. Oh and the reason I didn’t add a character balance for him is because… My kids erased my Hakan ideas on the og iPad. I had to start from scratch.

Here is what I have come up with today for you:

Hakan:
Throws:

  1. Step over grab throw over side suplex throw.
  2. Grab around enemy back, hard pulling back suplex throw.
  3. slide threw enemy legs then pulls there legs out as he passes threw. Enemy hits face forward…slips and falls again on the oil from Hakans slide threw.

Moves:

  1. Slide move. Slides on his belly, sweeps enemy feet. Is now changed…same speed as before he just keeps his feet down. Can now go under or past any and all fireballs. Slide move can be followed up by a belly splash is tap punch button. Or tapping a kick button…kick buttons have been changed. Weak, stands up and puts on oil fast, med stands up then jumps on enemy belly and surfs on the enemy body into the wall, hard stands up and grabs enemy feet picks them up and rainbow slams them backwards over his head.

  2. 360 punch oil rocket. Grab squeeze they fly up in the air hit the ground. Same. Has better range when oiled up. Ex slide forward a huge amount before grab.

  3. 360 kick. Oil spin…now has also changed. Weak is still the same, aimed upward and spins to catch airborne enemy jump ins. Med kick is aimed straight at enemy to catch crouching enemies, he spins right over and grabs there neck…for a spinning neck breaker then slides away…you have to gauge distance on this move like guys flip grab, too close he flies over to far he comes up short. If this is blocked by an standing enemy there is a long recovery. Hard kick has changed completely. If done from a distance Hakan will run in place for as long as you hold the button, when he lets go it is an whiff animation. You have to use this close to enemy. It is like Zangiefs double German. Hakan grabs enemy slide threw their legs then up their back grabs them around the waist lands back on his feet, jumps up and slams enemy on the ground belly first. He bounces back and enemy gets up off ground. All spins can be canceled by the cower move. All spins can be delayed by holding kick button down after the 360 motion. The EX move on this has changed hold weak and med…Hakan does an ex oil spin. Hold med and hard kicks and you will get the EX spinning neck breaker…hold weak and hard and you will get the EX belly bomb. If you hold the buttons to delay the spin Hakan has a tell. If his arms are moving back and forth it is a weak spin, if his arms are in place during run…he is holding med or hard.

  4. Oil up: this is another move that has been changed in many ways. oil lasts 5 secs longer, Hakan is still oiled at the start of the round, the motion to do this move is now a dragon punch backwards plus kick. Weak oil up is now blazing fast, med oil is like the weak oil from ssf4ae2012. Hard oil is like the old med oil. Ex oil is like the old hard oil and still let’s fireballs pass right on by. All oil can be cower canceled, you just get half the time of the whole oil. Oil can now stack all the way to 99 secs. Another words four EX oils and you are good for the whole round. Oil has many good things about it. Adds damage to all moves, and Hakan takes less damage when oiled up.

  5. Cower move: Hakan lays on the ground the longer you hold down the buttons the longer he stays down…faster getting up from cower animation… Means you can dash cower slide pop up and 360 punch grab, or 360 kick grab, slide, normal grabs. Can now cancel from a cower into an ultra 2. Hakan just rolls over and adds oil while laying down. Takes away from the damage…

  6. laying on his back oil slip… Hakan can plant himself like the first part of his ultra 2 enemy can slip off belly and then Hakan kicks them away. The only draw back of this move is it sucks the oil off Hakan…the move takes 15 sec off the oil up. This means if you only have 13 secs left of oil, when you stand up you have none. Ex move enemy slips on his belly and gets kicked up in the air twice. Ex move takes away all the oil on his body no matter how much time he had left. First kick can be FADC into weak oil spin or into ultra 2.

  7. Oil recovery:
    This move is like Cody and his bad spray. When Hakan is knocked down he can hold up and a punch button. Hakan hits the ground and pops an oil bottle out sprays oil out at enemy knocking them back.

  8. Air throw still the same.

Super blue: Same as ssf4ae2012. Jumps and grabs enemy…then spins them all over the screen. Now has two versions weak kick…does old spin super and can pass threw fireballs. Med and hard kick spins and grabs crouched enemies. There is a tell like the oil spin if you hold the button in to delay. Weak he moves his arms, med and hard his arms are in place.

Super red:

Ultra orange: oil grab roller coaster like before. It is instant, can’t jump away. Suck in properties when oiled up…huge, far range…slides forward when oiled a major distance.

Ultra green: lay on back oil slip and man handle slide. Same as before just require one less downward imput. Can be used after the cower move. Also can move Hakan forward or backwards… Just a little to position him. Now any touch from the enemy can cause them to slip, kick, crouching punch, leg animation touching him, walking forward. He lays on ground longer now…try to hurricane this move…and he will move towards airborne enemy.

Ultra Purple: oil surfing: fast slide threw…legs, trip, jump on oil surf…back and forth…olie to face grind for the last slide threw…walk off.

Random event ko: Hakan is knocked out and falls back hits ground and slides back and forth on the screen leaking oil and spinning into the sides of the screen like a air hockey puck.

Team ko: Hakan and Honda…sumo slam into a bouncing belly slip kick…sumo up dive belly smash. Hakan slide x2 , Honda catches enemy bear hug throws enemy up in air. Hakan and Honda both step back…Honda head butt at the same time Hakan flat oil spin crushes enemy body between the two big boys. They both bounce back and complement each other. Enemy falls over…ko

Reverse ko: Hakan walks over and helps enemy up. Says you should try a free sample of my new and improved oil. Hakan pours it all over enemy. They stand up groggy slipping here and there trying to get there footing. Hakan catches them helps the walk a little then let’s them go. The slip slide and the slip hard face first into the ground and ko themselves again. Hakan laughs and says you really like my oil don’t you. Win animation.

Intros

  1. Ok… I am ready for action. Pulls a huge barrel of oil up and over his head and pours it on top of his own head…then throws the barrel away, crosses his arms over one another rubbing the oil in., shakes his head back and forth… Then springs both of his arms out to the side…wide open like a grapple stands…oil flies all over the place.

Winning animations

  1. Rubs shoulder, pats it twice then grabs his oil barrel lifts it up on his shoulder and pats the side of the barrel twice…faces forward holding one arm out in a fighting stance, funny look on his face… ( crazy thing about this winning animation…he is talking the whole time he is doing this animation…???)

Between round animation And talking

  1. looks like its time to oil up. He faces the camera and fixes his pants, then reaches behind himself and pulls out some oil. Holds it out to the side and looks at it.
  2. Not bad! Stands up straight faced forward and pulls on his belt with both hands. Then still standing up…he folds his arms and looks toward the Knocked out enemy.
  3. You can’t beat virgin olive oil…same animation as number 1.
  4. Time over…steps back like he is tired then folds forward arms hanging down…just sits there leaned over and breathing.
  5. When knocked out with a weak…he flops forward and says…out of oil!

Taunts

  1. Ok…I am …your ready. Puts arm up in the air and the other arm grabs the bicep of the extended arm, then he squats and slams both fists into the top of his legs…shakes and cracks his head aside to side x3.
  2. Go ahead… Make your move. Stands up and with one arm slaps his own chest like king kong. Then steps forward…stomp. Reaches back and swings his arm forward like he is slapping the air.
  3. I haven’t even begun to fight. Stands up faces camera, puts one hand on his belly the other on his beard…stroke his beard, and then slaps his own belly really hard.
  4. You can’t compare to my strength. Steps forward really hard, pulls his back arm way back like he is going to cloths line someone, pats his own shoulder with other arm two times.
  5. Your going to mess up my hair… Turns sideways and with his fingers he readjusts his circle hair nubs twice…then claps his hands together top to bottom.
  6. I don’t have time for additude …stand up rubs head with one hand and waves enemy away with the other hand…lthen steps forward hard and puts one hand out in front of himself like he is saying…why I otta punch you.
  7. Same animation as number one, just grunts three times…needs to be changed to juggling his oil bottles…saying free sample my friend?
  8. Nothing beats Hakan cooking oil…in song! Stand up and put both arms up one at a time like an opera pose. Then does a standing old school bow…brings front hand back across his own body.
  9. Nothing is more comfortable than a kisbit. Stand up adjusts belt and puts both arms out to the side and up in the air as to show off his pants.
  10. Got to keep your kisbit in good shape. Same animation as 9. Needs to be changed to Hakan doing the splits and his pants making a fart and squeeking noise…while he opens mouth like…oh no!

I know right? I used to do this on the Mk forums and got banned. Imagine that.

No script, just nutty brain ideas. Most are done at work on break, the rest at home. I started doing these when Capcom announced that ssf4 was done with updates. Some ideas I came up with to add more content, some I ran by friends and made them laugh… Myung… I wrote most two years ago.

We originally wrote ideas for adding two new moves to all characters. Then went back to compare the amount of content reused from ex series. Kinda funny finding moves from old games, recycled into the sf4 series.

I was showing friends how Ono went back and used ex series for the do and don’t of sf4.

Akuma and ONI rolled into one for you my friend. I have to post this over at unity. Or you can…whatever you want.

Akuma/ONI

Akuma: getting slight nerfs on damage of all moves, he doesn’t hit as hard as he used to. Pull back his damage on ALL moves. No changes on normals. Still has low health, low stun.
has to hit twice as much to cause damage, till he transforms.

Storyline…reviles he is the father of Ryu and he wants to show his Son the true power of the dark hadou. He will kill anyone that stands in his way of getting to his son. Aims to finish the job of killing his brother, and brothers daughter.

New throw: pull arm out and twist, enemy flips in place lands on head.

  4. The ability to change into ONI.

  5. Nerf teleport… Slow down teleport…and shorten range, opens options for punishment.
    Pull back attack damage just a little. Damage on ultras and supers are still the most damaging in the game.

  7. Hurricane kick: same, ex same.

  8. Red fireball: same…Ex same

  9. Air fireball: same. Ex same. Tiger knee fireball has been changed to, using air fireball a little higher in the air like Cammy downward spiral. Doesn’t hit as hard.

  10. Dive kick: same. Must be at peak of jump, less priority…like Rufus nerf on sf x Tekken. Must hit dive kick from perfect distance, hit too high on blocking enemy and you can be punished.

  11. Flipping jump ball into, dive kick, punch, slide kick, grab isuna drop, flop kick causes crumple on hit, also can grab in air…one handed grab slam to ground by their face.New options. Same speed. Ex same.

Blue super 1: same…faster start up. Your not jumping when it starts…you get grabbed. Can combo into off of weak punches. Doesn’t hit as hard when done in a combo. Huge damage scale.
Red super2: air fireballs. Alpha style.

Ultra 1: instant…faster start up, less time to jump away. Can combo into off of weak punches…damage scale is really high off of a combo.
Ultra 2: more juggle options off of moves…corner, ex hurricane, or ex fireball, focus attack, uppercut fadc into. Also the move has been changed to down three times and all kicks. When used in a juggle state the damage scale kicks in heavy.
Ultra 3: massive spinning hurricane kicks that travel upwards for 13 hits at peak he throws a massive air fireball in the shape of a Japanese ogre face that hits enemy back to ground for 10 hits. Can fadc into…damage scale once again will kick in hard.

Random ko: he is knocked out and hits the ground. Beads around neck break and fall off, bouncing all over the ground like marbles. Gouken walks in from side of screen and the balls all fly back to him forming the necklace again. He puts them on and says thank you!

Reverse ko: walks over to enemy and says stand up dog…stomps the ground and enemy body flys into the air…Akuma grabs them by the back of their neck, enemy limp and hanging. Akuma pulls enemy in and looks at their face, your not worth the air you breath. Wake up! You disgust me…I will spare your life just once, you face me again and it will be to the death!!! Be gone…throws enemy behind him, and sits down to meditate.

Team ko: Akuma/Oni and Gouken.
Both jump on the screen. Akuma says looks like their is time to settle this once and for all. Gouken, I will not allow you to treat life so poorly. The dark Hadou has consumed you brother. If it is me you are after then come and get me, leave this poor child alone. Akuma …I will show you what true power looks like. Enemy in between them… Akuma teleports toward enemy, Gouken rushes forward and grabs enemy, blocking akumas kick, Akuma demon jumps, dive kicks towards enemy, Gouken pulls enemy away and the reversal Akuma s kick, he air recovers and throws a storm of fireballs. Gouken pushes the air down making a wall of air that absorbs all the fireballs. Akuma lands and teleports behind Gouken and enemy…does a demon rush, Gouken pulls enemy behind him once again and in high speed blocks every punch thrown very fast, like a third strike parry. Final hit comes at Gouken slow mo…he grabs Akumas hand and twists it away. Making Akuma twist flip into the air. Enemy falls over on the ground. Gouken says to brother maybe another day?standing over enemy. Akuma says you can’t protect them forever. They both turn their backs…win animation.

Final ko 1: demon rush with killing blow…threw enemy shoulder. All hits are slowed down and show the technique …Akumas arms circle slowly, leaving a trail of hands and kanji behind. Then they all start coming at enemy hitting them in a hail storm of fists, the last blow is in slow mo and comes out of a blurr of punches. A outstretched pointed hand drives threw enemy shoulder, shooting out their back…explosion of chi flys out there back, screen changes to red, black and white silhouette with blood spray on the screen…huge pause as Akuma hand threw enemy and enemy slouched over on his arm. He slowly pulls are out… Another spray of black and white blood…screen changes back to normal color and enemy crumples over passed out…ko

Final ko 2:Pulls off necklace and slams it into the ground for a huge nuke explosion…juggles enemy around like a top ripping and spreading them on pillars of purple fire. Camera pans back and shows a huge explosion on the side of the earth…purple flames shooting out…pans back to Akuma and he is standing in a desert crater background and enemy gone…ko

Final ko 3: Akuma takes a knee…and a shadow form of himself comes out. This looks like the dark Hadou taking form outside of his body…it walks close to enemy and picks them up by their head opens mouth and jumps in to their body. Enemy shakes all over, makes wild noises…and starts walking forward like a Zombie, enemy body fighting its possessing counter part. Enemy starts punching themselves in their own face…many times, then in the stomach, pulls their own hair back and to the ground, flops around on the ground screaming…like something out of the movie Omen. Enemy body stands up slowly shaking all over and pukes as they stand…ummmmmm pea soup…as enemy stands their own hands are moving towards the head area…hands go under the chin and grab and behind head and grab…enemy screaming…no…noo…nooooooooo…please…noooooooo. Snap. They crack their own neck…pass out, ko. Dark Hadou moves back into Akuma, he stands and poses.

Akama/ ONI :
He can change into ONI at any time, this causes him to lose ability to use a super bar. No ex moves. Just normal moves, and ultras. His animation is him reaching up and grabbing necklace, ripping it off as he changes into ONI. Chi blast knocks enemy back, however he can get hit by projectiles and take damage during transformation.

Throws: same as normal Akuma.

Moves:

  1. Fireball, short range, can be charged.
  2. Electric fireball: faster.
  3. Uppercut: same… Hard punch has same hit as old Ex.
  4. Hurricane kick: same…hard kick is the same as …EX.
  5. Slide by punch: same…no ex …so hard punch takes its place. Move changed, have to block move backwards.
  6. Jump on enemy head. Same.
  7. Teleport: nerfed like Akuma.
  8. In air movement: same all three different movements are the same.
  9. Dive kick: same nerf as Akuma on dive kick.

Ultra:

  1. Fireball of doom: Same…juggle option from uppercuts, hurricane kicks. In air options, aim up options. Full animation on any hit. If juggled into damage scale high.
  2. Ground blast: into uppercut…same. Sucks in for full animation on any hit damage scale high in combo.
  3. Demon rush: in air, or on ground, faster than it has ever been. Kanji in the dark…dripping blood red on hits.

Random ko: knocked out backwards and hits the ground, shatters like a soft rock into millions of pieces.

Reverse ko: same as Akuma.

Team ko: same as Akuma.

Final ko:

  1. Same as Akuma
