barring flights to african countries doesn’t help… people would still be travelling to other international countries and spreading it anyway… people need to react internationally, you can’t quarantine the whole of the USA or UK
Other countries HAVE banned flights from the hotzones. The us has not.
No, but you CAN tell anyone coming back from one of those countries that they need to be held in quarantine & observed for a month, no ifs ands or buts, or they face prosecution. These people put the entire population at risk.
The Liberian government is still trying to convince people that it’s safe to travel/vacation there because it’ll fuck up the economy if tourism dips. But fuck that, if they had better medical facilities and their country wasn’t ruled by ignorance about basic shit, they wouldn’t be in this mess.
Oh fuck.
Latest Ebola patient on flight from Cleveland day before she reported symptoms, CDC says.
@Rhio2k Where are you getting your information from? You always post in here information that is contrary to what experts say in the media, but you never cite any references to show where you got it from.
Well, I’m going on a flight this friday. If I get sick I’ll pay a visit to the journalists in San Francisco.
I’m like an hour from cleveland…
I JUST CANT PUT ENOUGH SHIT INTO THIS GOD DAMN SUITCASE THOUGH! @Sovi3t how is it looking in Canada my man?
At this point i wont be surprised at anymore cases in Dallas. Whatever fuck up the medical staff commited while treating homeboy, looks like it did spread. Its all a matter of time new cases start popping up.
Dallas no longer trusted, 2nd patient to be transferred to Hot(zone)lanta.
So it’s mad max time? Srk clan ASSEMBLE!!!
Sorry for double post. 76 healthcare workers+ X amount of patients possible infected plus the 1 HCW (patient 3)that was on a plane. Plus however many have already come here that haven’t come to light. this is out of hand. Do the math.
All will be solve if we can find this monkey…@TheEpidemic get em!

I need to buy myself an american diesel truck.
So I work in a hospital, and I just had a visiting foreign doctor turn to me and ask what we’re supposed to do when Ebola starts showing up here.
Full disclosure: I have no medical training and spend my free time playing video games.

Hospitals fucked up by being unprepared for Ebola. Even though it’s very expensive, they should have all levels of PPE ready for all first responders. I wouldn’t be surprised if budget problems for the hospital played a big part in their staff not being fully prepared for something like Ebola.
What are you doing at the hospital? Security?

So the system that was in place from the federal (CDC) to the local level (hospitals) was flawed.
