Scientists Say Air Pollution in China resembles a Nuclear Winter, Growth of Food Supply Threatened

If China’s going to go to war they aren’t losing, simple as that.

I don’t like war, but it’d be ‘interesting’ to see them flex on Japan, and the results (I bet a bunch of weaboos would sign up). They still have old hats and people still carrying the torch from WWII to want to see it happen.

I really hope they can fix this shit as Beijing is amazing, and it’s sad to see stuff like this in general. There’s still more China I need to see, but not like this.

Hong Kong isn’t as bad. Hong Kong is about a thousand miles south of the pollution epicenter, which is Beijing plus lots of the area south of it.

The fastest developing nation at this rate will soon become the fastest dying nation…Famine, pollution, overpopulation, This will end horribly

That’s because we’re talking about Mainland China.

I’m really starting to think you know nothing about Asia, except that your family’s originally from there.

Given continued depopulation, very unlikely. Sure, compared to colony countries Japan seems densely populated… but outside of the main areas… different story altogether. Poperty prices in areas just outside of cities are going down, down, down - much cheaper than in countries such as Australia which ironically has no population density and mad skyrocketing property prices…

They’ll also be out of drinking water pretty soon. And having a huge number of young men with nothing to lose. The math, to me anyway, amounts to stuff = boom.

A linear, one-way manufacturing process is lovely. Take ecosystems and nonrenewable resources, turn them into 55" monster TVs during three trips 'round the globe, and get trash as a result. Cycle stops there. Lovely, innit? Dial it back a bit, and agriculture+some people = desert + a hell of a lot of hungry people. Damn, we’re a bunch of geniuses.

As permaculturist Toby Hemenway put it, it’s probably fine to use a lot of resources. Hell, nature does so all the time. The difference is that it recycles most things really efficiently so it can actually continue that resource use. That, and it doesn’t poison the shit out of everyhing in the course of its existence.

Those pics were just freakin terrible.
Its just not possible to live anywhere with that insane amount of pollution.
Terrible how much the Chinese government looks the other way towards malpractices committed by chinese businesses.
There’s so much corruption in the Chinese govt. its a wonder how there hasn’t been a massive revolt for more positive changes by the Chinese masses.

Where the fuck are these guys?

Holy shit@those pictures though.
China is gonna kill off its own population and destroy a large part of the planet
Maybe this was a ploy though by the New World Order to kill off a majority of the worlds population lol Knowing how irresponsible the Chinese government is. Seems like a mass extinction.

Places like India & China are literally turning into the worlds dumpsters.
I feel bad for those people suffering and I don’t see it ever getting better.

Whats really fucked up is those sum bitches dumping all that nastiness into the ocean. I mean what in the fuck.
If they ruin the worlds sushi supply I’ma be heated.

Whatever Egg-guy…Some other guy posted he was in Hong Kong couple years ago talking about how bad the air was & having black boogers…I was just noting a timeline for when i was there last & didn’t notice it being that extreme.

As long as I still get my nikes, we straight.

oh man now I see why US likes depending on China.

The debt is hardly going to matter when the country is basically killing itself

our debt to China is so small compared to what we owe ourselves. Japan holds a debt almost as big as china.

china hasn’t been a threat for a while. they are simply yo integrated and have to many issues at home to risk any war of attrition with anybody.

Ima link this thread next time the big tit Asian stalker tells me how much better China is.

Pics plz.

Had a 2nd link to start with, pretty crazy no studies are already done on the effectiveness of different masks. Price or not, it will be pretty damn essential.

I answered my other question on the one child policy- saw something yesterday, but that article was hard to follow how convoluted the process is now. Gotta find that again.

China do away with the the One Child Policy for the Han Chinese?

Beijing recently and 4 other areas before.
