the arlieth team lost 3-2, 2-1 in the final game, AND immediately after they lost the joystick got replaced because down-left was broken on the stick (in test mode it was flickering on and off when you activated it). no excuses - the japanese are beasts - but that team put up a really really good fight. :tup:

Okay looks like Guilty Gear XX Slash winning team was K2 (JA), Yukinose (TE), GNT (MI BUT IT DIDN’T REALLY MATTER ANYWAY).
According to what I’ve read, K2 apparently OCV’d every other team except one. Yukinose picked off that one, and GNT didn’t play a single match. This pisses me off a lot, because I’m trying to learn Millia and there were only 2 other MI players in the tourney. I’m just glad the Slash tourney didn’t mirror the 3s results and end up being won by a “Ky/Sol/Faust” team.

US only won one round? Damn this is worse than EVO 5 on 5 exhibitions.

3 on 3 EC team : being 3 matches
3 on 3 WC team : being 3 matches a total of 6.
It seems worse because it was only 6 matches.

He probably couldn’t qualify. RX couldn’t, and I’m guessing KSK couldn’t either. Fuck, even Hayao was elimated early and he was in 3rd place with kuroda last year. Japan has really stepped up its game this year.

Im still psst FRS NiN and Knee and company lost to some Random, but thats just Tekken.
KSK was staff so he couldn’t play. Kuroda never joined a team.
