I dunno why, but this year they’ll pun the SBO video on Arcadia DVD’s. So there will be no “only SBO dvd’s”. First (november) issue will have SF4 and VF5 (all tow of best tow F* game lol).
No, afaik you only get the SF4 matches that were shown on the big screens. Not all the matches that were played on SBO. Same goes for all the games featured on the SBO dvd’s.
Will they be releasing a full DVD with every match, or is this it?

High risk should generate high reward. Comboing into Ultra with Viper is always risky because the window is extremely short, and if she whiffs she loses the round. Plus, if she had whiffed the thunder knuckle before the ultra, she would have lost the round.

Edit: High risk should equal high reward and i agree the knuckle predict deserved reward. But not 50% reward the risk was not 50%, the worst that happens is he teleports out and hits her with a s.HP. And there was no risk in ultra because that combo was garaunteed.

Thats what “ultra” does. It gives alot of damage whether its 50% or 60% that’s what is suppose to do. To take away the percentage of damage of what an ultra does means they going to have to make up the damage by adding it to the normal moves of each character. Which they won’t do that.

i think the best part is people who are like “Supers didn’t do this much damage in ST!” when they took about the same amount of time to build up, do completely similar damage, and were easier to set up. 
Reminder that the people running SBO don’t give a shit about the online or international audiences - they just have a whole different business plan from American majors.
Seriously, there’s an interview somewhere with the main guy in charge where he says his long-term goal is to sell out the Tokyo Dome. With this in mind, I think it becomes easy to understand why they wouldn’t produce live streams or DVDs with all of the matches.
Watch the Kyabetsu/Iyo clip again. He didn’t have the meter to cancel the Thunder Knuckle until he actually did it. He had to set up Iyo for that, and even still make a calculated guess as to what he was going to do, and then actually pull it off. Being wrong at any point there would have cost him the round. That was so clutch.
