Just finished deus ex and damn that game is good. Its like a cyber punk bladerunner meets brave new world with a touch of mass effect. In fact it reminds me a lot of mass effect but just a bit shy of being as good but still very close(faults being the visuals.limited conversation options). Basically mass effect is the perfect wife and deus ex is her hot gf you finally got the chance to fuck. It doesnt make you wanna get a divorce but you can always appreciate something great on the side.
Speaking of deus ex, I felt they should have done more with the bitch who pilots the plane. I thought she was a far more compelling love interest then his ex and its a shame she wasnt as present in the overall story arc.
MK9/MvC3/SSF4AE, I feel our group provides good comp in each of these games, as well as varied skill levels for casuals to bust in and sharpen their skills. we also play 3so, and ST on occasion. so those 5 games will probably the ones i’d want on the poster. no real time limit ricardo, but this is your assignment now. make regina a posterrrr.

we don’t need a catchy name for our team. calgary plays at tubbies and HQ but i’m pretty sure they don’t nickname their scene., i don’t think edmonton calls their scene anything. winnipeg has “chipdamage” however, that’s their websites name, and it gives them something to remember.
I am in favour of no name, and just calling ourselves “regina fighting game community” bam. good enough.

I’m going to Canada cup and I’m the only one from Saskatoon going, so I think it’s just me and the Regina guys.

Who is actually gonna pick up KOFXIII? Am really interested as to how popular its gonna go be or if its just gonna disappear after release because of SF4 and MVC3.
Think it deserves a lot of props as even though it has a few bleh mechanics its pretty down to earth compared to some newer games.
Starcraft? nah my PC sucks too bad for sc ha.
KOF13 will be amazing for sure. Ive been reading up a lot on KOF13 and the game is soundiing damn good. Its sounding better then SF4 at this point, but I guess only time will tell.
My team will be kyo,ryo and benimaru. I especially wanna be known as a good benimaru, he’s been my fav from KOF since I first go into the series.

Gonna roll with my squad of Clark/Ralf/Leona. If i have to pick who i like the most on my team itd have to be Clark, i’ve always liked how throws worked in KOF.

I dont think kof will make a splash in NA though. Most of the fighting game fans today especially in the srk community are sf4 guys and if they can barely play sf4 I doubt they can handle a game like kof13. I was also looking at ah3 a bit but that game is just pure wrong, it’s a shame too cause it does look fun from a gameplay perspective.
