Ok guys I know that everyone it’s getting hype with the new Sanwa Silent buttons just like I was before.But Sanwa wants to charge 4.50 for each buttons because they add a little cushion on it,that’s a no no for me. So I try to use a Qanba Q2 side cushion ( The same material as the TE side cushions but instead of black it’s white ) I did a couple of tests and it works beautifully. I’m now rocking on a toodles sparks and my custom silent sanwa buttons So go ahead and try and see for yourselfs.All you need it’s a Hobby Knife,scissors and The TE/SE side cushions or something similar. Make sure it’s a thin layer tho,it takes a few practice to get to a perfect size.Let me know later your Feedback.
Is this the same as what is going to be sold at focusattack? You posted this after another silent mod thread I wanted to know if this was good as or better. Is it the same material?
Let’s say it would break down after a while. Only 1 side of the TE cushions can produce a lots of those silent cushions. Take a look of the picture of his and my cushion. It might be the same material but a little thicker,but the thickness depends on How you cut it. It work just fine for me and I decide that it would be cool to share with the FGC. I don’t know How much Malbans will charge but it shouldn’t be that much.So it’s worth buying from him. In another hand this mod it’s perfect for those that live in other countries and those people that have more then one Arcade Stick and don’t want to spend the money buying for all of then tho.
I can tell you that they are not the same material. I have a set of his… They are not made of foam and wont break down.
I get that you are trying to help, but if someone tries this, and they stop working after a couple days they might think the same would happen to mabans stuff…
I ain’t not encouraged people no to buy from Malbans. I’m going to buy later on myself from him or If Focusattack end up carring his stuff (As long it’s not price). This’s also a alternative that people can try it out now while waiting for the Sanwa Silent to be release or Malbans starting mass produce then as well for those that will not be able to get their hand on it because their circumstances.
This is not the same Material. I’ve been doing a lot of research, almost 12 months, on how to make these work properly in a cost effective manner that trickles down that gives a excellent alternative to Sanwa’s new silent button.
Why is this guy even gettin flack. Back up off of him. He said it was not the same material. All he is trying to do is share a cheap, pretty much free option that he came across for people to try out. He didnt say dont go buy from the other person selling.

no one was craping on BBB for doing this… where is the flak? this was being compared to what someone else is trying to give to the community and comments on this thread wasnt trying to bash BBB for what he has done to resolve a problem many many people have asked in the past…
you need to back off… no one was saying that he was trying to sell on this thread either… ED was pointing out that the foam was tried and wasnt happy with the results… there was a way to make it better and it was in the course of diffrent material. read the whole thread brother… there was no flak there…
theres nothing with people trying to be helpful… what is your excuse for not saying anything about how to deaden the noise if you had done this ten months prior… could of saved a lot of time and effort by some to improve on the issue…

second- you read the whole thread… where was anyone getting annoyed with the tips BBB presented… other than the fact that it was tried and there are results that BBB also was curious of since he was happy with your comment on being done 10 months ago… where was someone annoyed with his tips on this thread… you must of read somewhere that this was a concern to another project… I havent seen it… maybe you took this a little too seriously…
