You and me bothā¦lol. Least Iāve got a way to contact Ed now other than online. ;p But anywaysā¦looks like Iāll be making chipotle dip which uses a convection oven. Takes a little more time to break down the station when thereās cooking involved, so I think 5 pm may be a more accurate time to shoot for this time. Iāll text Ed about it also just to make sure he sees it, but all offers are welcomed.

My house is in a cul-de-sac not too far away from Civic Center and S. Santa Fe. Iāll send the address to ya in a conversation. The workās @ the Wal-Mart off Sycamore. I hand out samples to the people that come my wayā¦much like Costco, but Wal-Martās version basically. Thurs-Sat itās always 10-4:30 p.m. Only reason Iām saying 5 p.m. as the time is because of the time it takes to clean the supplies after the cookingās all said and done.
