Probably because they rolled him out at midnight and we’re farthest from Japan I’d imagine. I’m hoping ill get a few min to mess with him before I head to work this morning.
I bought a season pass and they are still trying to make me buy the character. Anyone know how to solve this issue?
Did you go to the store page? Usually you still have to “purchase” dlc characters even if you have the season pass, you just won’t be charged for anything.
I have the pass purchased. And it says I can buy basara. It says don’t buy dlc if you bought pass. I bought rimu after the pass. I don’t know if I was charged

Yeah something’s messed up. I can’t remember how it worked with the other characters, but I definitely didn’t have to ‘purchase’ anything with an actual price tag.
I purchased but I don’t think it charged. Some glitch happend when I purchased had to restart ps4 then I had basara. I’ll check my credit card soon.
As far as the patch, I think it’s amazing. Keep up the good work and

If you didn’t have to add funds to your wallet you should be fine
I specifically remember having to manually “purchase” Rimururu in game. Not Shizumaru though, but he came for free as part of an update, and not from the Season Pass.

I think when the game really starts getting polished it will play like a more balanced ss6. All the new character buffs are getting us closer to ssvsp. Ssvsp is a tame fighter lol. I just think they really care about balance and I appreciate that. They have moves they can add to most characters. And I can already tell they are slowly speeding up offensive play. This is how every new generation fighter is. Vanilla sf4,vanilla kof 12 and now vanilla samsho. Just give it time it’s getting good.
IMO games as far as technical play easiest to hardest.
Ss1,ssvzero,ssvsp,ss3,ss2,ss6,ss4
Ss4 and ss3 are totally broken and have to be played with rules. Honestly it’s hard place ss3

Why I’m not getting basara? I preorder the game. i got the season pass downloaded months ago. i got the first to two characters.
Ok something about basara that would be cool to patch in is being able to hit after down forward kick in the air. Like down forward kick(In the air)- super. Air down forward kick-light uppercut. Honestly I think they did him justice.
Maybe make it so light and med uppercut only hit certain points no matter where you stand(like Shiki teleport). They wanted light uppercut as a anti air, but med uppcur kinda has no purpose.
This season pass doesn’t work… they charged my credit card for basara. People on gamefaqs had this issue. I don’t understand how this is even happening
Not certain why that happened. I can say that I had to wait til I got home to grab Basara for free. When I tried via playstation app it showed a price so I waited til after work. When I got home before even loading up the game I looked at the game add-ons and it was free. Also I’m fairly sure each individual character key needs to be downloaded individually (despite having a season pass), as I’ve gone through this in DBFZ, Tekken, and SamSho.

When you select a character thats dlc its going to ask to take you to the ps store. Even when you download it, the bar won’t change to purchase. So Just go back to the game and basara( or the other dlc characters) should be selectable.
Kaiser (SNK’s community rep) confirmed earlier thst there was an issue with Basara and the season pass. But it’s fixed now.

Basara will be good vs all the pokers. Basically current tournament top tier. He has always been good vs charlottte and tam tam. I don’t see Jubie being different. So tournaments should be interesting now. Shizumaru is good vs basara. Anyone small really.

When they fix Rage Explosion and Issen they’ll be onto something but it still feels fraudulent and brings the game to a screeching halt when someone pops it off.
I’m interested in your views as to why you think SS6 and 3 are more technical than 5sp. Also was 4 your main game? Seems like a lot of the 4 players I’ve talked to like Tank found 5sp a little too toned down, but I feel like it’s easier to get away with BS in 4 than in 5sp in part because 5sp is a bit more evened out. Curious as to your thoughts though, especially where 3 is concerned.

So there was a leak with the release of the arcade version. Sogetsu is coming.
Not a huge surprise given that Kazuki is in the game.
