Edit: Guess I can just get the Asus VH236H, seems to be the happy medium between a desktop monitor, price, low input delay, and speaker enabled monitor. Hmm now to figure out what to do with the other $26. Oh right taxes, booooo.

I don’t use s.hp because I actually really like PW’s spikes. I don’t think I applied it too much this week on stream, but in general I think it’s really strong in the neutral game, and even locking down opponents. I can use it on jumping/incoming opponents to help set up my approach as well. Edit: Timed with George, if they push block, they usually then have to deal with him on the way down.
As for LP George, I like having a lingering threat on screen. That’s the basic application of it. It goes under most projectiles which is also nice. My logic is that if you have to block it, then I’m at the offensive advantage. If you aren’t on the ground, then you have to meet me in the air, and the skies be PW’s domain. One way or another, I want you to perform an action that interrupts your offense. In my head, this opens up a long enough of a gap to get in.
Other applications include pressure/block strings/ticks. I firmly believe PW has one of the better neutral games in the game, so I’m content with throwing needles and bombs if I can. I also have a few resets that utilize it, two of which are VERY low to the ground air throws. Last but not least, is the random factor of having the bomb be your hit confirm into a full combo. Moments like catching someone out of the air with j.hp mid-screen, then land on the bomb, fly cancel j.mk, big damage. It’s an annoyance that stays active for long period of time. Even when you think you’ve cleared it, it can come back to bite you in the ass.
I’m pretty adamant on using it, as I think it’s one of the better tools to back-up PW. Maybe not against a Peacock/X/Y team. I’ve gone to Item Drop a few times on those occasions.
Edit: As another note, I’m really bad at actually applying these in matches. So even the people at Cupcakes probably haven’t seen it, lol. I’m getting a little better at applying my ideas in game. I actually even managed to make something up on the spot to see if it worked. MIKE AS MY WITNESS, IT WORKED! But ya that’s kind of a rarity for me >< .
