I just wish they’d fixed ex shou so that doesn’t stop hitting just because you too far away or the character has a weird reel animation

There might be more changes coming up that aren’t listed in the devlogs. So hopefully EX DP fix and a better fireball.

We should be able to have fun now no more whiffed ex tatsu’s. I read somewhere we get more damage off ex charged fireball (I think event hubs). It a be cool if the hadouken went full screen like it did in vanilla…

What? I’m pretty sure the duration her Hadouken stays on screen hasn’t changed in all versions of SF4. I remember people saying it got bigger/longer in SSF4 but that turned out to be wrong.

It seems that Cody is the superior version of Sakura now.

Give Sakura a decent fireball game and I will forgive Ono for nerfing Akuma.

I wonder how they changed Sakura’s EX Tatsu so that it now hits weirdos like Blanka and Akuma…

Maybe they extended the hit box downward? If so, maybe the move won’t whiff crouchers and crouch blockers as often?

Slightly disappointed since I don’t really have issues with the negative otoshi input, but at least we got no nerfs

Yah, it’s seeming clear that the devs like where she is currently. I wonder if they think she is underplayed or just happy with her being at mid-tier. I just wish she could maybe get a buff or two to go along with what the rest of the cast is getting. Bug fixes for what might be the last significant update for SFIV is a little underwhelming. Still, less random otoshi and more consistent EX tatsu is pretty nice if you don’t think of them as bugs.

I wonder what the new input for otoshi will be. QCF? I love doing quarter circles on my hitbox, will make reaction punishes amazing.

i never had issue with otoshi either but its still better to have it not there. Sakuras over head was annoying hopefully they change the input for that lol

So otoshi is gonna be a new input? Thought it would just have less priority during inputs or something

Did you see that somewhere specifically? I don’t think they’d change the input itself so much as just taking out negative edge inputs for it and maybe making something like when you do a U2 input but hit the 3k a tiny bit early on the second df having the U2 come out instead of the EX otoshi.

I know it doesn’t matter to most of you guys, but for a relative noob like me who has to spend most of his time and focus learning the footsies, matchups, and link timing it’s nice to get a tiny bit of a break on execution errors.
