The only odd thing about Sak in SF4 is that none of her specials are really that great outside of combos.
her light shouoken should be a mini shoryuen
My prediction for Sakura in SSF4:
Her second ultra will be a fireball, and the only way she’ll be able to combo into it will be … juggling after EX shunpu

I was thinking she could get her [media=youtube]QJPgZ4xzcAQ"[/media] angled FB as :qcb:+P [but otherwise the same as the horizontal] then her 2nd ultra could be done as :qcb:x2 + 3P for the angled one and maybe :qcf:x2 + 3P for a horizontal alternative.
Have the diagonal FB specials recover 3-5 frames faster than her horizontal equivalent too.
Also… have her LP.Hadous travel a little slower and her HP.Hadous travel a little faster…:nono: but not that much.
But if not… MvC2 Haru Ichiban…
i was thinking, maybe they should make the hitbox on c.fp a little bigger, so that it works as a better antiair. this way, she wouldnt need another fb. her lk tatsu -> c.fp 1 frame link would be a little less situational too.
I really think anti air is not an area that sakura needs improvement. Cr.hp is one of the best anti air normals in the game. Sure it has its flaws, but I would say it fits well with her character.
Besides, you still have jump forwards mp, stand Hp, neutral jump mk, hp, and hk. And lp shouken. All decent situational options.
Bison - sakura is 5-5 at worst for bison, no reason to change that up too much.
I wish close standing fierce was a command normal though. There are times I’d like to use it as an anti air, but the far version comes out instead =\
That would help alot against dive kicks. Far standing HP is good for different anti air situations though!
Why? She has very little on Bison, he can just teleport/ex PC out of her mix up a lot of the time. Just don’t do random ex head stomps. Just do it wake up.
That thing is the GOD FIST.
It beats sooooooo much…its gotta be one of her very best tools.
But I agree it was a shock to me the first time I had an EX stomp get stuffed by that thing.

I just want her to have a good Ultra damage, besides that I think she is really fun and awesome to play. But her Ultra sucks.
Her ultra is totally where the other ultras should be. Easy to combo into so does minimal damage. Same should be true with other ultras. If it were hard to combo into, it should do more damage.
Sakura needs a a bigger bust.
How am I supposed to do the 5-knuckle-shuffle to her and not feel bad and be afraid of Chris Hansen?
