Sakura buffs/changes

My personal opinion…

  • Slightly faster overhead
  • give JUST lp shoryuken good wake up invincibility, on par with a normal shoryuken.
  • Make her fireballs not asswank. make the recovery/start up faster, and make the non charged version travel faster.
  • Make her air tatsu not asswank. Make it useful for cross ups LIKE ALL OTHER TATSUS ARE.
  • make her super a giant a fireball
  • If she gets another ultra, make it like her uppercut super she has had in most other games, but more cinematic.
    If they did just a couple of those I’d be happy =)

What do you guys think?

I always thought her fireballs should be charged and angled like Gouken’s fireballs (all able to be charged and three different placements)…and I agree with making her overhead just a tad faster.

I just want her specials to be on par with AT LEAST Ken. Her fireballs are useless, her air tatsu is useless and her shoryukens are useless ouside of combos. The only thing she really has going for her ATM is her ex tatsu mix up and the ability to easily combo into her ultra.

Your changes basically make her become Ryu.

Oh! Her leaping move shouldn’t be so easily punishable when it misses AND it should allow for more options besides punches.

should have different panties, i dont know maybe a bow or some sort of design, maybe even the capcom logo?

c.fp should be a launcher. i mean come on!

If this were marvel, yeah, but what does SF4 allow in terms of juggles? Not much. The only thing she’s got is ultra, which would just make a really dumb setup

Not saying they should do all of them, just make some of her staple moves less useless.

Repeat SRK+P for more damage.

K, but then you throw what we knew about c.fp out the window. Since c.jab c.fierce is so easy and cancels into ex tatsu which sets up her whole game, why change that? I mean, I know not to think 4 sakura will be the same as ssf4 sakura plus buffs, but for her to get c.fierce changed is just a little silly.

give her a useful fireball, faster s.rh, and that’s it.

This is all she really needs to be decent.

that and MAYBE a less crappy air tatsu.

she honestly doesn’t need it. she has some of the best air attacks in the game as is.

I think they should tone down how much her damage is scaled a little bit. I mean after an j.rh cr.fp ex tatsu her otoshi does more than her ultra and is easier to execute.

you guys don’t think she needs her old jumping forward/mk crossup? that’s like the one thing i hope she gets outside of a better fireball.
