Dan is really the only one I like in English. Most the the rest of the characters sound better in Japanese.
I though exactly the same thing when I watched it back. Missed opportunity.

There are lots of people in the “Dan’s English voice is awesome” camp. It’s a dramatic departure from the Dan we’re used to hearing for the past 10 years or so, but that goofy voice does fit his character, not that I don’t mind the old overly dramatic gruff voice.
As for general voice opinions, other than Dan and Fei, all the East Asian characters seem to sound a little better in Japanese. ESPECIALLY constipated Akuma. Everyone else I prefer in English. ESPECIALLY “Spiwaw Awwow! No plobrem!” Cammy.

ROFLs at “no plobrem”, English accents done by Americans piss me off as I’m English and for some reason America seems to think the whole of England sounds like upper/middle class people or northerners
Think English Cammy sounds too old too (she’s 20 not 30) but I’m a fan of Caitlin Glass (the English VA) so I’ve stuck with it.
Have not played the game for a month, man i sucked. Even so i managed to win a championship in the end. I just could not pull off any combo’s, i can’t believe how bad i’ve become since i got fifa 10. That’ll teach me. :looney:

What a horrible Sagat, did you not notice his pattern whenever he jumped in? Jump-in, low kick, Tiger Uppercut pretty much every time. Good thing you beat his scrubby ass in the end anyways :tup:
Few things, watch your Air Knee so that you don’t fall behind them (and get punished). Don’t use Kouryukens in combos as a general rule Seem to hold your FAs too long, release as soon as you absorb a hit even if it isn’t Lv2 yet. Blanka’s Vertical Ball thing, I think it’s instant recovery as soon as he hits the ground so need to smack him before he lands, if close enough I think a HP Kouryuken would be your best bet.
Your combos seemed fine though 
(besides using Kouryukens in them as a bad choice :P)
Off a jump-in or crossup, do s.mp xx lk Danku instead of a koryuken. If it hits, well you just got a knockdown. If it doesn’t, you are at the advantage still.
Really, the only time you should use a koryuken in a combo is when you are doing the s.mp -> koryuken link, and that only works on certain characters. Or when you’re doing a reversal koryuken FADC neutral j.mp/hk danku.
For Blanka, you have to koryuken his blanka balls. It is the only way to not just flat-out lose since you can’t punish them on block. Don’t jump at blanka. Focus absorb rainbow roll instead of guessing which way to block, and then dash out and punish with s.mp xx hk danku.
If someone is just jumping away from you, don’t jump after them. Dash at them. It covers ground faster and is less prone to getting punished.
If someone jumps at you, it should be a free hp koryuken for you, ever time. Learning to anti-air better will give you a way to kill scrubs.
If he “crosses up” is there still enough time to dash backwards (towards him, since you’ll be facing that way) and land that s.MP xx Dankuu?
My reactions are so shit, I really need to teach myself to be able to Kouryuken jump-ins that aren’t completely obvious 
Thanks for the comments guys. The first few games were all against my least favourite characters to play against. Also, i swear that player in the final game was deliberately lagging the 2nd round.

Damn that win against Viper at the end was awesome, really didn’t need to squeeze in that Ultra but he did anyways :tup: I would have just done an EX Kouryuken in her face but guess she could back dash out of that and then I’d be screwed
