That’s his name, huh? To me his voice doesn’t match up, which is just me being biased as ADR try to bring the same personality to the voice whilst making it their own, rather than trying to find a voice match.
What’s unforgivable however is dubbing “Yahoo!” to “Woohoo!” Seriously? “Yahoo” is an English word, why did they need to change it? Ontop of that they have him saying “Let’s go!” instead of “Shissou!” and “Victory is mine! Ura ura ura ura… take that!” instead of “Hisshou! Ura ura ura ura… Buraiken!!!” It’s the equivalent of having Ken saying “Double Rising Dragon!” instead of “Shoryu-Reppa!” It’s just wrong!
Oh yeah, Japanese Dan on Legendary Taunt says “Kuso ga!”, which I believe translates to “Shit yeah!”

Honestly, I have no idea. I have to put up a demo reel this week and this was the only good way to test proper HD encoding for Youtube.

1000 bp seems fairly easy to get to. I made it with Dan fairly easily, and I’m practically a noob when it comes to execution.
Edit: What I meant was 1000 bp is easy to get on the PC version. Apparently the competition is a bit different from the 360 and PS3 scene… not to mention keyboards make it ridiculously easy to mash DP (I’m guilty of this myself).
ranked mode on ps3 and 360 is a joke now too. No one good plays ranked since champ came out. i think im on like a 30 sumthin game win streak on ranked. as I pop in and play every now and again. The competition in there is ridiculously bad, i assume thats why people in their are bad, because they stay there because they can win.

Hardly anyone plays Championship mode on the PC version. It’s hard finding a match, and I live in the middle of North America. :crybaby:

I find it hard to get Championship matches and ranked matches. I think I just live in a place with crappy connection or something. People don’t join my rooms much anymore since I got in G2 and and same with ranked now. I don’t really play online on PC anymore, I wonder if it would be better for me on Xbox. I’m with you though, I play whatever mode can get me a match with a decent connection that has someone to play.

I have. I actually got some 4 bar matches which is a big deal to me. Unfortunately, I was playing fuerte and the people I played didn’t seem to know what to do at all. I am going to try champ mode a few more times eventually. I really want to get a video of my Dan so I can some outside feed on what I need to improve. My only champ mode replay of Dan was against a Gief that tried to green hand the whole time and all I did was block and throw for two rounds.

Agreed, it’s safe to say he’s one of the best Dans out there, I learned alot watching his fights. He doesn’t seem to play much anymore though, I don’t see him posting videos as often as before.

Need to time those SRK punishments better but maybe there was lag screwing up for you, still might be a good idea to use s.HP rather than c.HP since it comes out faster. Also if you land a Dan Knee in the corner you can follow up with an EX Kouryuken, same goes for using a LP Kouryuken as an anti-air although I’m still debating whether it’s worth the meter
