Tigger uppercut should be safe, unblockable, and instantly kill the opponent, deleting them from the game permanently.
To compensate for this, add 1 recovery frame to Far S.MP.

leave him as is. If you change him then ryu or akuma will become the new S tier characters and then you will bitch about them. Depending on who the character is just give them better attack options or defensive options and all of this will stop. In fact be happy Vega is not Vega in this game. Oh my god if Vega was just as fast as his CVS 2 counter part, and still keep all of his attack options. I just orgasm about thinking about it. you people be crying like little puta’s about your ass getting ripped in half by Vega, he was that brain dead. In fact in ST he was so brain dead they would sometimes softban him, that shit is never going to happen to Sagat in SF 4. You should be thankful Sagat is top in this game and not some one like Vega or Akuma.
also, personally, id like armor break switched to tiger upper as opposed to tiger knee, if knee is going to remain safe on block
he should get a bionic eye and shoot laser that take away 50% health. imo

Instead of fake shots, there should be no start-up or recovery. They just come out of him.
Don’t block TK crouching, stand and you should block both hits, not just the last hit of TK. Besides armor break TU is stupid, no one would focus Sagat anymore if that were the case.
