Great knee - still there.
Great anti airs - still there.
God like fireball game - still there.
Forward hard kicks - still there.
Trade Ultra - apparently still there.
besides s.lk other god like normals…c.mp, s.mk, s.hk - still there.
s.lk - still there you just can’t combo off it so it will still be a good poke and for footsies.
Actually when I look at this list, his biggest nerfs are to his health and damage and I don’t see too many people complaining about that, which seems wierd.
My comments above about be careful what you wish for by changing characters - what would be even more ironic is you change character only to find out your worst match up, a 7-3 match up no less, turns out to be Honda or Gief - lmfao.
One final tpoint on Sagat and it does not apply to everyone on this thread, but what happened to picking a character becasue you like using them and their style suits your style? The list I put down has only the s.lk as his major change outside of hit points…so what, that automatically makes him no fun to use???
Out of the new characters Dudley and Cody are the 2 that I can see being high on the tier lists. Juri will be there, but she will be like Akuma in that you need to be absolutely on point with her to reach her high tier potential. If you make too many mistakes she will die in no time as will Ibuki, so people who are really top players will be the ones that stand out with them. I’m calling Sagat, Dudley, Cody, Juri, Akuma, Chun Li and Ryu as the top 7 in no particular order from what I have seen.
Trade ultra is gone man. Well was just had it clarified its still there but only near corner where sagats ultra does little dmg anyways.

I was under the impression that only the first hit of st. LK is now special cancelable, like in HDR. The property has been removed entirely? Wow, as a former Sagat player, I can totally understand players wanting to drop him. What the fuck is he supposed to do vs. Ryu and Akuma now? With that being said, I’m not that sad. 
I’m pretty sure it’s only the first hit that can be special cancelled.
Either way, I’m interested to see Sagat this time around. Loss of s.LK for pressure is huge.

I’m assuming 09rs 10rs refer to the year people started playing fighting games? I’ve seen people write this before and it while the meaning seems clear nobody has confirmed this.
Most of the ‘bad’ 09’ers are gone now since they’ve been perfected one too many times and lost all interest. Not me though.
09ers is a general term for the influx of new members that joined srk in 2009 because of sf4 - its the term older members use “just cause”
But it’s just as bad as all the Sagat complaining, he added nothing to what as been said over and over again. The only reason he stands out is because he felt the need to drag it out as long as possible. And comes off dumb.
