Every “SSF4 Sagat” thread is gonna waste bandwidth. Can the mods or someone post an announcement to stop making Sagat threads? I believe this is the 3rd or 4th one already, and obviously it isn’t productive.
It was actually the second one. I suggest we should stop making “X improvement thread” and sticky a “Scrubs Improvement thread.” That way all the scrubs can complain how they want to nerf or improve on characters.

He needs Tiger Electricity, Tiger 100 Hand Slap, Tiger Lightning Legs, and Tiger Teleport. All of them 100% safe of course.
IDK I feel some people(including the people in this thread), act as thought Sagat is godlike when he really is not. He a bit OP and above the rest but I mean he doesn’t dominate as I said early.
It is logical to suggest buff/debuff for him or any character in fact, IMO.

He’ll never have a bad matchup, much like ryu will never have a bad matchup. All that they need to do is try to close the gap on any 7/3 matchups that are out there. not just on him, but on all characters. the biggest gap needs to be 6/4
if they add anything, I hope it is a fMp or something that he runs foreward to punch the person… just to stick with the step kick theme

The main issue with Sagat isn’t that he’s got a dominating lead on the tier matchup charts. Tier charts are designed around maximum potential by tournament players. What people have a problem with him is that at non-tournament levels, midrange play and thereabouts, that’s where he dominates, and does so because he’s particularly easy to pick up and do relatively well with. He’s got easy, powerful, and safe options that rule the mid-level brackets. And there are far more people in that level than there are in the tourney level where the published tier lists take effect.
