Hereā€™s what I would do to Sagat:
-Change the fake kick so that itā€™s easier to perform, making it practical.
-Make Tiger Knee less safe on block
-A little more recovery on Tiger Shots
-Reduce damage to 100% power

Instead of one eyepatch he should wear a blindfold. And his arms should be tied behind his back. And he should be in a wheelchair. And he should be able to just kill you with his thoughts right when the match starts.

In all honesty, Sagat needs some speed as he is kinda slow. Sagat is OP but not as dominant as people expect him to be. He is quite beatable. He is no sentinel.

Sagat is the least dominating top tier evar.
Vega is the most solid bottom tier ever.
