Hazeandfire tube repost?

The tube doesn’t show Hazeandfire’s combo move anymore - the one listed in the original post of this thread. Anyone has an extra copy around?

It’s j.mk > c.mk > LTS > FADC > mp > TU > FADC > f.hk > Ultra.

I’d very much like to see this feck-fest.

I started the thread about tigershot FADC combos, which are useful, then someone decided to videotape that combo for shits and giggles

The video above shows a smiliar combo, along with a short short short
and another short short short
and I think a short short short short

Oh that makes sense. I guess the third c.lk is hard to connect with sometimes or that swapping to c.lp makes it so you don’t have to be right up on the guy for the combo to work out?

Is it just me though or does SF4 have lots of link combo’s no matter what character?

EDIT: Just tried it and c.lk has more range than c.lp…

EDIT AGAIN: that combo is a bitch btw lol. I’ve been using the shortcut for the srk at the end, and then I started trying to do it without the shortcut, then back to the shortcut again. Links are crazy.

A lot the time when I try this combo, I’ll dash past them while they’re in the air. I don’t think I’m dashing twice so I don’t know.

No, c.lp has more range. theer is a distance where 3 c.lk will not connect but c.lk c.lk c.lp will - and it can still cancel and hit with TU

I’m pretty sure that’s due to c.lp hitting during the pushback from c.lk, since it’s 2 frames faster than c.lk, that’s two less frames that the opponent is moving backwards from the last c.lk

This is my main combo vs. some characters that hitbox allows me to hit them with it. On Ryu it’s useless since Ryu has a small horizontal hitbox, but on some like Honda, Bison, Balrog, Chun Li (massive damage and connects every time) it’s a great BnB. You just have to have a feel for when it hits or not. If I feel the TU won’t connect I cancel to LTS. A great combo especially to link into ultra, massive damage.
