Sagat Changes should be posted tonight

Mr. Sanford Kelly says high tiger shot was changed abit . Correct me if im wrong? But capcom did list that hes gunna have more recovery on high tiger shot… LOL.

Because translated from their blog it said “As there were huge changes in transition from vanilla Street Fighter 4 to SSF4, there are no changes in Arcade Edition to anything besides damage and command adjustments.”

Obviously that could be wrong and thats why im asking.

Im with ya, I dont really think its necessary to makes fireballs even worse considering how many characters have specials and or ultras that punish them already.

Pretty sure high ts is the same recovery as ssf4 , but please… the 1 frame extra recovery makes a HUGE difference to his fireball game and zoning.

is sagats ST LK special move cancel-able in AE?

Anyone able to see a difference in the damage between lp mp and hp uppercuts? I know the uppercut damage has been increased but is it 120 damage for lp,mp and hp, or is it incremental increases lp=100, mp=110, hp=120?

st lk was not changed, except damage distribution I think. so it is still special cancelable as it was in Super.

Finally got to play AE last night.

Sagat is good. If you’ve toughed it out with him in Super, then you’ll have an easier time in Super because his bad matchups got a lot more manageable.

Edit: Get your Sagat vs. Fei-Long matchup experience DOWN! Fei is godtier in AE so naturally the masses will use him and since both characters are pretty much the same in Super, it doesn’t hurt to get experience in Super while you’re waiting for AE.

No seriously though, if you live in China, what do you expect when you join a NA match? People don’t want to play laggy matches. Why would anybody? It’s that simple. Win or lose, laggy players get booted.

Those new inputs for sagat scar makes those combos soo much easier to do. I was just at CF, and i was landing those hk->scar-> TU so easily. i had a nice 17 game win streak. I dont know exact damage numbers but you can def feel a different with his TU, and scared TUs.

Wish we could get some videos would love to see more of gat in action
