In AE, is the C.Viper match-up still stupidly hard?

Those new inputs for sagat scar makes those combos soo much easier to do. I was just at CF, and i was landing those hk->scar-> TU so easily. i had a nice 17 game win streak. I dont know exact damage numbers but you can def feel a different with his TU, and scared TUs.

Aside from a damaging hit confirm off one hit I don’t see the point. You didn’t clarify if that’s what you were doing. You just said combo. That’s what threw me.
