As we all know, Daigo isn’t necessarily the best in Japan, but is easily the most recognizable and popular in Japan and perhaps the entire planet in the global SF community. I don’t know how it went down, but I think Daigo’s trip is all taken care of or partially because they want him there to draw more hype and attention to the event.
That kind of drawing power is something that Momochi, Kokujin, or Mago probably don’t have so I don’t see them getting a special invite anytime soon. Hell, Nuki has won three Evo 3rd Strike titles and is in the top 10 in BP rankings but I don’t think he’d get that kind of treatment either.

And also, would your Seth beat your Sim?? I think Sim gets smashed on for free by Seth. The shit is seriously like 7-3 cuz of Seth’s speed + combo/stun potential.
