Just had my audition last minute today. It went well. Callbacks are going to be in July since they are seeing people from now til the end of June. Wish me luck!

I went out for Blue. Two of my friends were already informally told to be ready for callbacks as well (one for green, and the other for blue). And they alone are already beefing up the competition pool. Hopefully I’ll be joining them.

i mayyy have met the next red ranger kids. lol. ok so the blue ranger from lightspeed rescue is still very much involved in competitive martial arts forms that i do. the circuit is naska…and well this phenom of a kid is named mike guthrie. i can not describe to you how amazing this kid is…he’s 16 and does the craziest shit you have ever seen. he is the first person in the world to land a j-step triple cork. i know this means not much to alot of you but to the some who understand you know thats insane. but suffice it to say, he may be the next red ranger in the season after next.

Anyone collected those megazoids when you were a kid? I remember my friend had a set of it from ninjazoids up to lost galaxy and played plenty of times with it whenever I came over.
Just got back from my callback. This time, they had a producer there. We read lines and then went into a martial arts performance. From what I could hear from outside, a bunch of guys were trying to do stuff that was beyond their ability and damn near killing themselves before I went in, which in turn makes me look better. Overall, my audition went very well. But one guy who I know for a fact that is going to get far in these auditions is a friend of mine named Craig Hennigsen. It kind of sucks for a bunch of us having to go in after him, but if you want to know what he’s capable of, just youtube him.
Oh yeah, and random note: Byron Scott’s daughter auditioned as well.

lol captain clean craig hennigsen. funny you mention him, i just saw him at bluegrass a week or so ago. his old team promotes that tourny. also funny is supposedly mike chat…craigs teacher is hooking my friend up wit an audition…getting him straight into second round of auditions. dunno how true that is.
