Master Org comes to mind first as the top-rank shit, man. He was one of the most serious “final boss” threats I’ve ever seen on the show. He was destroying those power animal zords 1 by 1 like it was nothing, brought down that floating island area from the sky, and he was on track to destroy the world. The rangers really had no hope, and they only won because of the “good guys are supposed to win” clause. Realistically, there was no beating that. (heh, since they didn’t have God-Ranger Tommy on their side, probably.)
*I just remembered…Princess Shayla from that season (Anne Marie Crouch) was also hittable.
Back on the villains-- Zedd was notable until he got pussy-whipped by Rita. Then there’s Ivan Ooze and that Lion-powered guy from Jungle Fury(*or at least most of it… I think he became good at the finale?). They were all the real deal, and most of the other villains were just so-so, imo.

Everytime Million does hit PR hot bitches list he always forgets about Alicia Purrott (SPD Pink). In my view she’s the hottest around still. Just search for her name and Jailbait and get back at me.
I agree that Tommy and Eric go 1 & 2 on a 6th Ranger Tier List. After that it gets a little iffy. 3 could possibly be Jason, Merrick, Mike or Doggie Cruger.
I need to find my old tier list and post it up. I know I needed to add Jungle Fury and RPM. I know that Jungle Fury is B Tier and RPM could be a possible A. More likely than not it’ll be High B up there with RPM and Ninja Storm on my tier list.
I’m glad that Saban is gonna give Shinkenger a go. Shinkenger is one of my favorite Sentai Shows and I hope it gets a good localization.
Villain Tiers
It depends on what we’re taking about. I think 2 separate ones are needed. One for main villains and one for the subordinates.
A Tier
Zedd & Rita: OG’s. Nobody is fucking with them just because of their status in PR. They get tops for just being around for all that time.
Ransik: He could be the best villain on paper because he wasn’t a villain for the sake thereof. He did what he had to do for survival. And shit got so bad in Wild Force they had to team up with this nigga to get the job done.
Ivan Ooze: We all know why he’s a fucking beast. Only reason Ransik is higher because he was a better villain for the sake there of.
Trakeena: She was a bad ass bitch. Took Leo to the damn limit after she got powered up by Scorpious. She came back in the LR & LG team up badder than ever. The rangers had to combine the Lights of Orion and the Omega Megazord to do it.
Astronema: Deadly and sexy. She became the Pink Galaxy Ranger later on but she beasted shit out when she was evil.
Mesogog: Nigga put Lothor in a bottle after whipping dat ass. Now tell me that isn’t bad as fuck.
B Tier
Lothor: He’s top of B Tier because not only does he bring the comedy but he’s a beast as well.
Emperor Grumm: He was giving Doggie Cruger the blues through SPD. Cruger gets the best of him in the end but he earned all of that shit.
Venjix: The cute Dr. K created a fucking beast. He was one of the reasons that RPM was so fucking good. The end needs to be watched to see how beastly he really is.
Divatox: Viva la Diva is right. Only reason Astronema is A Tier and she’s B because Divatox wasn’t as great as she could’ve been.
Diabolico: This dude was a monster throughout Lightspeed Rescue. The best villain the show had to offer. Just gets outshined by others though.
Master Org: He didn’t become a beast until the very end. But when he was beasting he did that shit.
C Tier
Dai Shi: This nigga didn’t do shit. Jarrod was doing all the damn work and he was fail because he didn’t fuck Camille.
Imperious: The best that Mystic Force had to offer outside the beast ass nigga that was Koragg. He’ll be on the other tier list. He was good but turned evil and damn near destroyed the rangers from the inside.
Flurious: OO just didn’t do villains right bur Flurious was the best they had to offer. Thrax doesn’t count. He’ll be on the other tier list too. He became THE villain at the end though.
King Mondo: He didn’t do shit but sit on his fat metal ass during Zeo. Didn’t do shit but get owned at the end.
Subordinate Tier List later unless somebody else does it first.
I’m still wondering what they’re gonna do for a game.
If it is a fighter I hope it’s like Kamen Rider Climax Heroes.
