CFAS - Ryu has a “Fatality” MK style finishing technique. I don’t think he could actually use it in gameplay at all.
Ryu gets in the horse stance, charges up his ki and then unleashes a massive straight punch at his opponent. A gigantic fireball/ki blast explodes off the punch and obliterates the beaten fighter.
Ryu Final - Ryu uses a counter type move against Dudley in the manga. Ryu and Dudley both use punches aimed at the body and head for their most damaging moves. Ryu realizes that Dudley can connect with all his moves, while staying outside of Ryu’s attack range. Ryu corrects his fight plan and puts everything he’s got into hitting Dudley’s fist, the only thing that Ryu can actually reach. Dudley uses the Corkscrew Blow and Ryu punches him square in the fist. Ryu hits Dudley’s fist so hard he stops the motion of the Corkscrew Blow and rips all the muscles in Dudley’s arm, winning the fight.
Against Gouki Ryu what I suppose is a variation of the Shinkuu Hadouken. He plants his palm in Gouki’s chest and blows a huge hole in him. Nothing really special about this move, other than the fact that he kills Gouki with it.

No, CFAS was an arcade and PS2 game that was canceled before it hit the stores. In it Ryu had the same move he used to defeat Gouki in Ryu Final, the kaze no kobushi fugen or wind fist without diminishment aka at full power. Slight correction to DoTheMove’s post, Gouki gets the hole blown through him with a regular hadouken, at point blank range to his chest.
