Why not just put Ryu in an army tank armed with a nuclear warhead so he can blow his opponents to a million bits… He’s one of the best characters on the game, he needs to be left alone so does Geif, Blank, Fei Long, Sagat, Bison, and Balrog!! If they get anything else, they need to be unsafe on block moves period.
The only thing Ryu needs is for his EX tatsu to not randomly mess up against certain characters. I don’t play him much, but I know I was playing against a Ryu who tried to EX Tatsu into ultra and halfway through the Tatsu, I was blocking. Both of us kinda paused like “WTF?”
And don’t mind that Halo guy. Look at his name. You already know what game he plays…

I think Sagat should be able to link 3 forward fierce kicks,boxer should take off half life with one punch, chun-li’s ultra should have her get naked and the other player dies instantly, viper should shock your balls, rufus should eat the other character, dhalsim should get a boner that reaches across the screen and you get slapped by it, gen should fart and you take 90% damage cause old men’s farts stink really bad, ken’s ultra should be a bribe where he offers you 1million to win the round(rich ass), honda should eat rufus, sakura should offer missionary, and ryu should turn into EEEEVIVIIIIILLLL RRYYYUUU!!!

After Gouken’s warning of using SnH, note the hint of purple in ryu’s blue hadou, Ryu is going to choose (ultra select) either the passive tazer hadouken (Deijin) or purple murder hadouken (Metsu)
If he keeps metsu… let him run the chance of style change to Evil (SnH) Ryu per use.

Maybe add Ashura Warp and a Metsu SGS Ultra… no reason to know them but there’s fan service in it.
I <3 this thread even more than the RQ thread in the vanilla SFIV forums. Halos is the best thing to happen to Street Fighter, y’alls stupid.
More on topic, Ryu just needs some careful fine tuning if the rest of the cast is getting buffed up as well. His changes don’t have to be even remotely drastic if the C-F tier characters are given an some extra tricks and tuning to deal with their 7-3s and borderline 7-3/6-4s.
