If we are going to ask ono for that drill we should ask for an increase on the damage values for the other drills and making some of her moves more powerful.

maybe it doesnt look like a valuable reason but I sometimes wonder if capcom wants to look into the characters “personnalities”. Rose is more the kind of fighter to have defensive options and being able to keep her opponent at bay. She isnt the type of “ryu warrior” or anything.
Like seeing juri having a faster walk speed/dash during FSE looks like a natural thing she would have. Its also why I dont see Rose being able to hit people like a truck (aka Makoto)

- Full invincibility on EX drill
- U2 hitbox revert back from super
- U1 startup reduced frames
- HP reflect -> soul throw with no FADC
- If they had time to make different versions of EX Jyasen for gen, I don’t see why we can’t choose the direction with EX reflect (upward and across the screen)
But like Anton said, dev didnt always say everything when they made changes to character so we’ll have to wait with the loc test to see if she got anything new

Those buff are so ridiculous… they are just giving us back what we had. And we don’t even know if the u2 got his invulnerability/bigger hitbox back.
The st mk buff doesn’t help if u were already using st mk as a frame trap against OST; you would very often get a counter hit to be able to cmp behind. st mk at +4 will only help against people who tech throw standing, which is rare now a day.

And now you can confirm into a cr strong spiral; and that’s big.
st. mk is definitely big now; +4 is definitely a big buff.
And U2 is what we have to wait for, everything else is helpful but not changing.
A lot of people prefer stand teching to crouch teching. You kind of have to mix in both and not get too reliant on one. And the +4 buff makes sc. forward a plinkable if or when they do stand tech.
I’m probably the only guy in this whole forum that’s actually digging the smaller hitbox on U2. I really should put some videos of real matches where i just throw people for free all day with her u2. All you need to do is activate after a spiral, bait, and watch as they press buttons. The smaller hitboxes make it so you have LESS of a chance of accidentally blowing up your orbs AND whiffing a throw letting them punish you. That’s the only thing you have to be careful about. Smaller hitboxes IMPROVES throw mixup options. The throw setup with two orbs is next to impossible to tech for most players.
I’ll upload videos once i get a friend to record some casuals when i play at my local arcade.

@Luffy, but now you can do it on regular hit (cr strong atleast), and that’s BIG.
BTW; it’s confirmed that all the changes aren’t on the dev blog; cody has a change not on the dev blog figured out already.

[Soul Piede]: Has had its properties changed to almost what they were in Vanilla SF4. Recovery has been shortened by 4 frames, the hit box has been moved more to the front, and the hittable area has been reduced.
