The only negative side to that buff is the issue of it beating fireballs. That’s probably where the hesitation lies. It just might make rose good, god forbid.

I dont see why what’s the problem to give it to Rose. It just gives her a more reliable reversal instead of getting stuffed by a normal / special / throw (aka making us waste an EX for nothing and make us stay in the corner). We’ll still be at -5 and very punishable if blocked lol.
I’m honestly of the opinion they have no idea what to do with Rose. The buffs she has are just giving her a few things to match the rest of the cast…in super.

Well, the properties of the move are that it’s her wake up reversal, her anti fireball, and her armor breaking ex.
Rose has been anti-fireball, giving that to her won’t change a thing.
Yes there were a lot who started to main her once they saw how U2 worked. If you watch a lot of rose vids of people posting their wins only, you see how dependent they were on U2.
Come AE they drop her like bricks cause of U2 is gone.
Glad i stuck with rose since vanilla thru AE, had more fun using her in all her version then jumping on bandwagons.

I welcomed ultra 2 in super. I still don’t welcome Capcom ignoring the fact EX Drill needs some more invinvicbity or some type of help for a reversal. Giving her an ultra as a reversal isn’t the way at all.
why hop on rose for u2 wakeup when you can just hop on 3f dp characters

You need to practice the timing on that then because its possible to get through the fireball.
Rose is my lady. It’s like capcom made a character specifically for me. I like her U2 just because it’s different to all other ultra’s. Saying that i now use U1 almost religiously

Yang did not deserve the nerfs compared to Yun(tbh Yun didnt deserve that many nerfs either). Geez capcom, reasonably nerf the characters but dont destroy them to the point the players barely win matches with them -_- . I feel sorry for the Yun and Yang players
