Bouncing in and out of Silver League this weekend. The flying is real.
Not been on today, so cant confirm, but if the ranking has reset (like it was originally supposed to with the patch) you’re probably witnessing the mad scramble as the big guns climb back up the tables.
Are u guys playing ranked? I envy you…still havent found the perfect teammates yet

Ranked 1v1 is a great learner while you wait, but ranked 2v2 below 350 points is a fkin lottery if you team up with randoms. Give it a go, by all means, but it can be pretty frustrating.

Hopped on earlier. Servers weren’t working, DLC wasn’t available, and practice mode felt weird.

I just cant do anything less than 3v3 the field becomes too big.
I just want a team that communicates not i go in for the ball and the reallize that all 3 of us go in and fight for the ball and the other team boops it over our head for a score
You’ve just gotta sit in goal for those games and let the kids play lol. Sucks but denying goals is as important as scoring them.
Shit like this is why I am goalie in like 90% of the matches im in.
Everyone wants to bum rrush the ball, and no one wants to just be a team player.

Worth mentioning, team or no, you might as well go ranked no matter what until the first season starts. Nothing to lose, better players to learn against.
Start off with just having some momentum, jump, tilt car up abit and boost. Use it to win trades when your opponents are waiting for the ball to drop.
Work your way from there and optimize after. You’ll atleast win some trades vs those that can’t fly, you’ll end up implementing it often and get enough practice to go for the harder stuff. Just go for it and get comfortable, it’s not as risky as some of the crazier stuff and you learn as you go.
It’s a lot easier than you think.
